Aspen Dental

Aspen dental was able to book an appointment for me when I called on a Saturday. The appointment was Monday morning at 7:15am! The assistant at the office was sweet and explained every move before proceeding. I had requested a female dentist and they accommodated my request. The hygenist and dentist were kind, friendly and explained the treatment recommendations thoroughly. I had put off seeing a dentist for awhile, and the staff at Aspen instilled confidence and trust for me.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Dr Anja explained to me the procedure she'll be doing thoroughly. Morgan and Ms Hygienist (I didn't get her name) was also very helpful with my queries. And Ms Office Manager (I also didn't get her name) was so helpful regarding the financial and scheduling stuff. Overall my experience was pretty nice and Aspen will definitely be our go to Dental Clinic in EC. Btw, the 3D scan was so cool.

My last dental visit was two years ago, and I was kind of surprised by the cost of a couple of x-rays, a dentist’s 45 second peek in my mouth, and we did not get to repair or cleaning… Each visit costing over $100. I do not have regular dental insurance and it kind of put me off. Like you care, but I’m 85 years old and live on $1630 SSA and an IRA draw of $500 a month.

My experience at Aspen Dental was superb. From the time I checked in until the time I left. From the dental assistants to the dentist himself provided excellent care. "Very accommodating'

I needed to have some major dental work done. I'll be honest I would rather shoot myself in the foot than see the dentist, however I was very impressed with Heather she got me through the first steps of a new treatment plan without losing my s**t. Heather was awesome I want to have her for all my future procedures and there will be many including a implant I will recommend Aspen Dental Eau Claire to every one thank you again Denny 👍😀

Not professional or personable. The whole time i was getting my filling the dentist and aide talked and laughed and didnt seem to be paying attention. They take too many appointments to get things done, and are a Higher cost than others. The filling done here was not sealed properly and was leaking. Went in 2 or 3 times after to get it checked out due to pain and they just gave me some numbing stuff for my nerves. Fast forward to 2022 and I couldn't even chew on that side they did the filling, I went to a new dentist somewhere else and thats when I found out it had leaked.

I was so very excited after having moved to a new town and finding a dentist that my daughter and I were both comfortable and happy with UNTIL we received our bill. After discussing treatment plans, I opted to not get fluoride for myself because I was informed I would be charged (No mention of the charge for my daughter). There was a lot of confusion but after being assured insurance would cover the rest of our visit (which it always has) we received care. Fast forward to receiving my first bill, on January 25th of 2023, I called the number on the bill and spoke to a very nice woman (Bry**) who apologized for the confusion and stated she would be happy to take care of this for me as a write off. Great, fabulous, just what I would expect, if it ended there. Today I received ANOTHER bill for the same amount so again I called the number on my bill, after speaking with a gentleman (Bre**) he informed me that the bill was not from them I would need to call the local office. I called the office and was put on hold for an extended period of time, When (M***) returned she informed me that they could try to put in a request but she didn't know and proceeded to "explain" to me why she though maybe there was a charge. I felt like nobody was listening to me and like I didn't matter. My daughter and I will unfortunately NOT be returning to this facility OR Aspen Dental!

Received call from office (voicemail) apologizing and asking me to disregard the bill (that I already paid) and that C*****a would reach out to me again. Never heard from her again, called on March 6th around 12 and after being on hold for 18 minutes with no answer hung up. Called again March 8th around 1 this time and left a message. Will try to call again tomorrow to finally resolve this issue.

Dentist and Assistant were very professional and catered to my comfort. Would have been a "5" if it wasn't for the fact that I was charged twice for my cleaning and had to convince the office staff go that fact.

The wait for results. Is a little to long. Service with a smile is good . Price for my income is little high . I still would recommend to all .

When I tell you I’m SCARED of the dentist- I mean it! But unfortunately my time avoiding the dentist was up because I had some serious tooth pain. Everyone one who works at the eau claire office is a blessing! So nice and comforting. I was crying my eyes out and never once felt embarrassed. My teeth are in pretty bad condition too and still never made me feel weird. They did an amazing job explaining everything and helping me understand what everything is. I want to thank everyone at aspen for taking me on as a patient even tho I am a very scared and cry every time!
