We have been going there for almost 5 years now! We love them, they are like family. From Jessica calling with a blessed reminder, Terin (sorry if I spelled it wrong) greeting me with the smiling eyes, Amanda and Maya cleaning our teeth and keeping us laughing, Dr. Todd and Dr. Jimmy keeping the laughs going when our teeth need extra work, Krista and Jessica helping the doctor out and Tiffany loving us as she hands us the bill. I could just stay and talk all day. They are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My kids are always so excited to go to the dentist to visit, and get their teeth cleaned. ;)

I had a very unfortunate experience with my recent visit. I have been going to this practice since it’s early days in the 1970s, and it has been great. This time, though, I found it almost hostile. I arrived on time, checked in (no welcome there) and instructed to wait. Half an our after the appointment time, I was ushered in. No word about the delay. Also, having been self quaranteening for three months, sitting in a waiting room was uncomfortable. Had they explained the delay, I would have waited in my car. Not everybody was wearing masks. Once in, after the xrays and measurements, another 20 to 30 minutes waiting in the dentist chair. Then a brief discussion of the diagnosis,
No one introduced themselves, it always used to be a pleasure to visit in previous years. Not anymore!
