I've been working in Dentistry for the past 13 years. I also don't take the time to leave reviews. BUT! I had to for this practice. First of all the staff to begin with are all kind and made my experience as a whole worth sharing. Respectful, understanding and considerate of my oral goals and health. Dr. Taylor and his wonderful assistant have a comfortable, efficient and friendly bed side manner. Highly recommended this practice!

My family needed a new dental team and we found a fantastic crew. We were unsure as we are new to town. I found them online by reading all the Google reviews I could over 3 hours and 8 dental clinics later. Family Dental Care got us in and treated us like we mattered. My child was in love with Amanda immediately, she listened to the instructions and was happy to follow along. The dentist explained what she saw in detail. Dr Todd Haskin was very comforting, and Hygienist Brandie was friendly and nice also. Robert came up with good payment plans for my coming treatments, and overall, Fairbanks Family Dental Care had a good team for the whole treatment process; from cleaning to exam, and coming up with payment plans. Extremely welcoming staff. On my first visit I was made to feel like a long time patient that was appreciated. Since then I have had fillings, cleanings, and now a crown. I always feel confident that I am in good hands, receiving professional care, with as little pain as humanly possible. This means a lot to me because I have huge fears of dentists and dental work. I've even referred my 78 yr old mother to them and now she is a patient there too.

I'm so nervous when it comes to the dentist, I was freaking out, crying and having panic attacks, but it seems like the staff just knows how to calm you down or atleast knows how to not freak people out more. From the lady who checked me in, I wish I knew her name, to the hygienist Sam and then the dentist Nikki, they all made me comfortable enough to want to come back and have a tooth pulled. I hope it goes well.. still nervous about it!
