I called Fairbanks Family Dental on a Monday morning to see about getting my son seen for a painful tooth and they were able to get us In that day! The office is immaculate and has a very modern & updated feel. Everyone, from the front desk staff to Tiff the WONDERFUL hygienist we saw, to Dr Nikki, and to Robert- the amazing insurance guy, everyone was absolutely wonderful!! The cleaning was very thorough and we never felt rushed at all. My son loved the tv on the ceiling to watch during his appointment and the staff kept him comfortable and he never acted scared at all! I have now scheduled appointments for myself, my husband and our daughter to also get established at this office! The app they use is very organized and I like being able to complete the paperwork before the actual appointment! Very thankful to have this office so close to our house- looking forward to being long term patients!
