The building was clean, comfortable, and stress reducing. The employees were kind, understanding and patient with fear and anxiety caused by previous experiences with dental care elsewhere. The Hygienist, Samantha, was thorough, professional, and gentle. She was also patient with endless questions and encouraged communication. The dentist, Roxanne, was very professional, friendly, gentle, and explained conditions and options for procedures very well. The billing and treatment plan department, Robert, was also professional and relatable as he found ways to help with billing and insurance concerns. He also reached out to help get a faster response to a referral for oral surgery for my son. Overall, a very good experience for both me and my son when we both had trepidation before the appointments. Thank you, Fairbanks Family Dental Care, for being a bright spot in what we though would be an awful day.

We felt comfortable just walking into the office. The reception was professional and friendly. Amanda and Dr. Nicky (sp) were AWESOME with getting Clifford to relax. They were friendly, polite and professional. They ease Cliffordās fear of them taking his lose tooth and letting him know they wouldnāt touch the tooth. Check out was another great experience. The gentleman that checked us out was also great with my grandson. Thank you. See you in May for his next appointment.
