Got a filling and cleaning done. I was so nervous at first but they were very kind and comforted me. I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone. I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist.

I was so worried about affordable dental care, but the people who work here are very invested in making sure you have it, all with the utmost care regarding your teeths health. I'm usually not a fan of the dental office and I feel very comfortable coming here, this will be the only place I go while living in Fairbanks!

I was referred to this dentistry office from a very close friend, so my expectations were already high. All COVID procedures were followed as I expected.

During my visit, I was treated with patience, helpfulness and respect. The technology that they have on their office is the best I have experienced and made my initial visit much faster than expected.

All of my questions were answered without any pressure to scoot me out of my chair for the next patient. I was also given more information about past dental issues which were never shared with me from past dentists I have patronized.

I was very pleased with the customer service I experienced and would highly recommend Dr. Harrick and his support staff. I felt completely comfortable with my visit and will continue to return when needed.

Strange to say, I know, but I love visiting my dental team at Fairbanks Family Dental Care. The office is professional, bright, warm and comfortable and appointed with the latest equipment. The staff are delightful, helpful, and welcoming. I appreciate the relationship my family and I have been able to establish with "our" hygienist, Amanda. In addition to the benefit of continuity of care, we have been able to develop a wonderful relationship with Amanda. She is good humored, personable, and genuinely committed to our health. Her character and personality make it very easy to trust her, especially in what could be understood by some as the vulnerability of a dental exam chair with sharp instruments being put into your mouth.

They are wonderful! I have terrible dental anxiety and, as a result, hadn’t been to the dentist in many years. Everybody from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist were very kind and professional. I felt very at ease, and my teeth feel great now.

This place treats you with such kindness and care from the moment you check in. The lady at the front is so awesome and a tentative, goes above and beyond in her role to make the patient feel comfortable. The dentist and his assistant were by far the best at what they do here in Fairbanks and I have went through several--they know what they are doing and explain everything in depth. Warm blankets if you get cold, free carbonated waters, coffee, Netflix. You will not regret the care you will receive if you chose to make this Dental clinic your home. Financing options that are hard to beat and they understand not everyone has money. To the Fairbanks Family Dental Care, keep doing what you are doing you are making a major impact in the community. Hence why I came from another dentist. 😁🙌🏾👌🏾

Hands down the best experience at a dentist office I’ve ever had. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Haskin did a great job on my fillings & did them in record timing I was shocked how fast I was in and out and pain free once the numbing wore off.
Numbing is the worst part of the dentist in my opinion, a huge thank you to Ms. Maya for keeping me calming and making things as painless as possible.
10/10 would Recommend any age group to be seen & treated at Fairbanks Family Dental!

The hygienist was extremely kind and and gentle.
Usually I hate the dental.experience and hold myself.in knots to get through the experience.
No need for nerves today! I have learned this dental.practice really does a great professional job.
I felt.relaxed the whole time.
No smokers fingers. Didnt bump my teeth while working in my mouth and didnt jab raw areas unnecessarily to see if "they hurt".
Gave great advice how I could improve my hygiene.

I do not recommend this dentist at all. They were pushy for me to purchase extra services. They incorrectly billed my insurance multiple times. Admitted their mistakes. My total bill should have been $0. We called multiple times to resolve it. I have now been sent to collections 1.5 years later.
