I have anxiety when it comes to doctors and dentists, but I had a great experience with Fairbanks Family Dental care. Their protocol and staff were professional, and they helped walk me through everything. In particular, Maya was no nonsense and task oriented, but also had great people skills and read my facial expressions well when I couldn’t use my mouth. Andrew was reassuring and kind when I made the appointment, and Jen helped break things down into a clear manageable schedule and payment plan.
I definitely recommend.

Unfortunatly I've spent alot of time in a dental chair and I'm not easily impressed... but this clinic was outstanding! They -- do -- everything ! The staff was very friendly.
I had an issue with a moler implant. I emailed them my predicament and the hygienist did the research immediately and called me back within a few days with a solution, and an estimate. She was very friendly, professional and informative. She ordered the parts and I had an appt. within 10 days.
I have had extensive dental work done (elsewhere), a TOTAL restoration. Not dentures, but implants, capps, bridges, bone graphs, and still MUCH more. All in all very expensive. Maintenance is a definite MUST for me! I've been to several dentist in town who say thay can do any maintenance I might need, but then send me out to someone else of their choosing if it's more than a cleaning, a filling or a cap replaced. Leaving me with litte confidents in their abilitys to care for me and my expensive, extensive dental work. I have been looking for an all inclusive family dentist for my sons and I to be able to call "our dentist" and I believe we may have finally found the perfect fit. Our original "family dentist" retired 4 years ago and as anyone knows its difficult to replace the ONE person that you have been seeing that knows you and that you are comfortable with.
I found this clinic to be friendly, professional, comfortable, informative, communicative and accommodating. There was no pressure to commit to future work I might need and they were determined, compationit and understanding of my immediate situation. I found this to be a one stop shop ...like family dentists used to be. I would definitely recommend "Fairbanks Family 👪 Dental" to my family and friends for their dental needs.

This was my first visit and It was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. They staff treated me like a long time customer. From the check up to the billing portion every person did their best to service me 100%. They did what they could to utilize my insurance and time. I’m so happy I found this dentist office.

I had a great experience here at Fairbanks Family Dental Care. Very kind staff and very understanding. I have tourettes and it can be kind of a nuisance when trying to get my teeth cleaned. My hygienist was Amanda and she was very careful and understanding of my issues. She took her time and worked with me in any way she could to get the job done. Highly recommend and thank you guys again for your hard work!
