**UPDATE- Dentist actually did call me to go over my concerns and voiced a concern for wanting to give me good treatment and customer service, I am waiting to hear from the office about extra charges. Was nice that DDS called me.
I went in for extensive work. My first visit I was there over 4 hours due to a couple emergency patients and had to wait. I am a high anxiety patient, and had to have gas, and Novocain which ended up wearing off, due to the waiting. They also had to do impressions a couple times and the plate got stuck in my mouth. At the end of the visit I offered to pay, they said no balance, as I had paid a lot at my initial visit. The next day the receptionist called “to see how I was doing” I said ok, but.. she cut me off and immediately said they had made an error and I owed 1000. I took care of it over the phone.
My next visit was slightly better, they said lab had not made my crowns properly and I waited over an hour while they fitted them to me. I was there over two and a half hours. They were a lot more personable this visit, but the next morning my cheek and lips were very swollen and so I called to see if this was normal and what I should do. The receptionist told me she would check and call me back. I never got a call. But what I got was a text requesting a review. I am very disappointed in the customer service, and patient care/ follow up I have gotten.
2nd morning after apt, and my cheek and lip is still visibly swollen.
