They clearly understood how stressed I was about coming to the Dentist makes me. They were considerate, compassionate and clear about what comes next.

This was my first time at Fairbanks Family Dental Care. First of all, the website is really amazing. I am highly impressed with the ability to schedule appointments online & complete paperwork which saves time in the office. In the office, the staff are very fun and friendly - I felt like I had been going there for years. Maya, my hygienist, was very informative and I really appreciate the time she spent with me (Amanda saw my husband at the same time and he feels the same about her)! Dr. Haskin asked me what my goals are and then provided recommendations to help me achieve my goals, which is not really an experience I have had at previous dental offices. They were very up front about costs of services and Tiffany even called my insurance to ask about coverage of potential future services so I would not be surprised at my next appointment. Overall, it felt like they truly care about my oral health and that is most important to me!

We highly recommend Fairbanks Family Dental office for both pediatric and adult care. They have been great to our boys. The waiting room is very fun and very clean, there is always yummy coffee available, and they make (sometimes super long appointments) quite pleasant. All staff members are helpful and polite and friendly. We appreciate the demeanor and approach of the dentist. Also (importantly) all the rooms are open and parents are welcome to sit back at any time with the pediatric patients.
I have sent a few people over here already who had poor experiences at other dentist offices.

Wow! I can’t say enough good about this dental office. As a new patient I had a routine appointment scheduled in three weeks. Unfortunately I developed a very bad toothache. I called and even though they didn’t know me they got me in the very next day. Each person I encountered was so kind and proficient at their job from the check in Lady to the checkout man. Sorry I haven’t learned their names yet. The dental assistant was so sweet and kind as I was a little nervous being in a new environment, not knowing what to expect and in pretty bad pain. Dr. Nikki listened closely as I explained my problem and was able to do exactly wanted what needed to be done to relieve my pain. I highly recommend this dentist office and I’m looking forward to my routine visit in a few weeks.

Robert, Tiff, Hunter, and Dr.Todd were amazing! This was THE BEST dental experience that I have ever had in my life. They were so informative and compassionate. I enjoyed speaking with everyone and appreciate them for having such amazing customer service.

Had to find a new dentist after relocating from TX, and I’m so glad I found this gem! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. My hygienist, Maya, took the time to explain her findings and possible treatment plans in a way that was easy to understand. This team makes the dreaded trip to the dentist much more enjoyable!
