Fairbanks Family Dental Care

I took my 5 year old daughter in today. She is very shy and could not be seen by anyone because she refused care. The staff at Fairbanks Family Dental were amazing! They went above and beyond to make Shelby feel welcome. I could not believe the patience they had with her. The time they took to help her feel comfortable so that they could accomplish her exam was impressive! I highly recommend for anyone with children!

I have been to several different dental offices in the Fairbanks area. Four corners as well as a few others I cannot remember the names of but the service at those other places was subpar at best. At Fairbanks family dental care as soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted and everyone is so nice! Feels more like a family setting then a business with all of the good vibes and nice people! Everyone working at the reception desk as well as everyone in the back is so helpful and when they are doing your dental work they ask you along the way to make sure you're doing okay and if not they will help make things right. They accept Medicaid and I highly recommend this dental office if you need some dental work! Thanks again, to everyone at Fairbanks family dental care!

Fairbanks Family Dental provides excellent dental care, clear and prompt communication and has done a great job dealing with my anxiety due to past care elsewhere. They are very responsive to my family's needs.

I am stationed at Fort Wainwright and last time I came here the practice was owned by a different dentist, but even though the previous dentist office was very good I will say that this cleaning was the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had. They were extremely careful with my sensitive teeth and still got the work accomplished, they had a last min opening for the next day and scheduled me and took care of me in a efficient and quality manner. I will likely always request referral to this office as they have just done a wonderful job and everything was a positive experience.

Very friendly office , made you feel part of the family as soon as you got there! We switched to this dentist after a bad experience at another and I’m so happy we did. All the hygienist and the dentist make you feel comfortable. We have been using this place about a year now and plan on continuing to use them 😊

Today I had my first appointment in this office. I was very impressed from the first contact after coming through the front door, Robert had a total handle on the front desk despite multiple things going on with billing, confirming appointments and answering patients questions. He made multi-tasking look easy. I was taken into the exam room by Stacey and she explained the process and what was expected to happen today. Dorinda came in to relieve Stacey and continue to document the brief exam and chart the plan therapy and purposed restorative work and was also very patient and non-judgmental of me. I was immediately comfortable with .Dr. Haskin and he left me feeling like I had been seeing him for some time and trusting of his judgement. I would highly recommend this office both for the quality of the staff and their dedication to compassionate patient care.

Knowledgeable, thorough, and non-judgemental - also super friendly - honestly best dental experience I've had. And they have a membership plan that makes paying without dental insurance much more reasonable.

I am terrified of dental work, but each time I go into the Fairbanks Family Dental clinic I am treated with outstanding kindness. Everyone on the team listens attentively to my concerns and bends over backwards to accommodate all of my needs. Just went in for the easiest wisdom tooth extraction of my life! Dr. Todd Haskin is not just a dentist he is a magician! Super gentle, kind, considerate, and reassuring. I can't imagine having a better experience at the dentist. Everyone there is literally there to help in the best way they can, the hygienists and dental assistants are all incredibly knowledgeable and kind as well. Truly an amazing team and I cannot be grateful enough for the service they provide to the community.

Fairbanks family dental care was by far the best dental visit I've ever experienced. This was my sons first visit and I was amazed how good he did and how accommodating the entire staff was. Maya was my sons hygenist and she was GREAT. I'll be making my appointment here soon, thank you Todd for making my son feel comfortable at his first visit!
