BEWARE - I made an a appointment for a routine dental cleaning, which is covered by my insurance. Through what can only be described as misleading practices, I unknowingly and without my informed consent was instead given some deep-root cleaning procedure I would have never agreed to and am now our several hundred dollars. They cannot rectify this because I “signed a form” - which I was 100% under the impression was for a routine cleaning.
I would highly recommend people steer clear of this practice.

Very nice professional staff. Want to start Dr.Shafa was amazing he took of my dental care and the staff was very helpful especially office manager Andrea was great with financial with Ericka explian very well the treatment plan made me start the treatment the same day. XIOMARA was amazing and very prossional and made feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this office to los angeles 👌

Today was my nephew's first time at the dentist's office. My sister and I were feeling super anxious about him going. My nephew is 4, does not sit still, and like many kids, will throw a tantrum if he feels uneasy. It all started with Edith who greeted my sister and nephew at the front desk. She was so kind and welcoming. Mark did his cleaning. He was patient, paused to check in with Ezra, made him laugh, and made this experience so positive. Ezra did not cry, smiled, and actually laughed during his teeth cleaning. We are so happy with the service! We highly recommend and will certainly come back!

My first visit was awesome. Dr. Monica was so awesome! Gave me a good sense of ease, so professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Front staff are bilingual, super sweet, efficient, and competent. I asked my provider to send me to a female dentist and Monica/Tiffany are highly knowledgeable and friendly. Small wait time even with appointment but that’s pretty standard for LA. Best dentist office in LA and good parking.

I arrived to West Coast Dental of 6th not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Xiomara, Edith, and Betty at the front desk were so helpful in verifying my insurance and helping me fill out all of my paperwork. I was called in on time and was seen by Dr. Tiffany, who was so kind and thorough in her exam and explanation of the treatment I needed. She answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease at the dentist. Her assistant Melissa was also in the room and was so nice. Erika gave me the breakdown of my insurance and I felt very informed about what was covered through my insurance. Great experience overall and I highly recommend this office!

Highly recommend very fast and efficient and made sure I was not in any discomfort.
