Negligent with medical care. They did not informed me about approval request that needed to be summited to insurance company to cover the cost of the procedure. Now I have to either pay out of my pocket or wait until approval from the insurance, which will take up to a month. It will delay my daughter's care and may result in complication.

I Had a Great experience from beginning to end Betty was amazing getting me checked in was very welcoming and put me at ease then when it was my turn assured me I was in good hands and she delivered once again Dr. Monica was amazing with her care quick and painless will definitely be referring friends and family thank you

1. I waited more than 40 minutes to see a dentist.
2. The doctor said I need 800$ perio protect which I don't need it, I googled this product online, the medicine cost 25$. Obviously they are upselling me the product I don't need. I feel being scammed by the dentist.
3. I see dentist regularly. I did my teeth cleaning just 4 months ago. The doctor said I need a deep cleaning. The doctor spent 8 minutes on deep cleaning for one side of the teeth. I have been to other dentists before. The regular cleaning usually take 30 minutes to finish, don't mention deep cleaning. The doctor cleaned my teeth so fast that I had to check my phone for the time. I was so shocked when the doctor told me that she finished deep cleaning of my teeth. I suggest everyone who had similar experience like this report to Dental board and Medicaid.

These people are scam artists. I got a “deep cleaning” from them they pushed me to pay out of pocket for without actually sending anything into my insurance. I paid $660 for a rushed, poorly done cleaning that didn’t solve my issue. They literally only cleaned 4 of my teeth of that price. And every single time I went in, they ignored my concerns and pushed me to pay out of pocket for everything. I ended up going elsewhere and fixed the $660 issue for $60. I’ve never felt so robbed by a dentists office in my life.

This place started okay, except for looooong wait times and constant upselling. I went in two days ago to have a tooth pulled.After numbing me up they s pulled on it and when I screamed they stopped and said the infection was causing the pain so here's a script for Motrin and antibiotics. Refused to prescribe anything stronger and claimed they didn't. Also tried to sell me on a bone graph which sounds real familiar. Never going back, changing dentists today. Update: Not falling for your sincere and genuine reply. Your dental office SUCKS and I'm NEVER GOING BACK!

Dr. Ali & his team were great! I was very hesitant because of the neighborhood the office is in. But they were all very attentive and treated me like they wanted my business and appreciated my business. No one was inattentive at any time during my service. The visit was timely, I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called back. The clinic was very clean & social distancing protocols were adhered to. Dr. Ali was so personable and explained I detail what he was doing & made sure I was comforted at all times. The hygienist, office staff delivered excellent service. Based on my first visit with them I would definitely recommend and think of this office as a hidden gem in the city of Angels

Nothing but upselling. My insurance fully covers exams and cleaning. I was told I would need to pay $400 because I needed a "deep" cleaning. I explained that I'm not interested in anything besides what my insurance fully covers. They REFUSED to clean my teeth unless I paid the $400. Upselling scam.

I was refused a dental cleaning, strong armed into taking an expensive and un nessary "wash" and not given any codes on the services reccomended to compare with my insurance. Every dentist i have went to says a different thing so its like comparing apples to oranges. I am reporting my experience to my insurance.
This place seems more interested in their bottom line than its patients
