Front desk staff are so helpful and respectful.Doctors and nurses are so caring and professional. I recommend this place 👍🏽

After charging my credit card $750 I was told that dentist was busy and unable to perform the procedure I had already paid for… At first I was told to wait 2-3 hours. Then, I was told I must reschedule. I work 6 days a week so “rescheduling” isn’t a simple option for me. I spent 2 hours in the doctors office and wasn’t even able to get a simple teeth cleaning. This was A complete waste of my time. The facilities are neat/ clean and staff is friendly however, clearly not very efficient. Will not be returning.

Don't go there. Front desk is rude. I'm asking question and the girl is not answering them. I'm just a concern patient I need answers to have a piece of mind also to coordinate my schedule to make time for my procedures. She doesn't help much. Rude. Unprofessional. She will easily hang up on you. Go to a better place after all. They are well established. They don't need our money, I guess or so it seems.

For starters this dental location is great for many reasons, the dentist at this location is very receptive to his clients and made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I was not in pain while working on me. Secondly, it was a breath of fresh air to have a case coordinator in particular named Andrea who made the process so much more smooth. I highly appreciate the time she took to explain what the treatment plan was and what steps I needed to take and the most cost effective route and priority. I have never had ANYONE take the time to ever explain such to me, it was usually just what needs to be done and the price.. It makes a huge difference to be educated in what needs to be done, what the client can afford, how to break up the plan and what to plan ahead. 10/10 recommend

thank you guys for removing my wisdom teeth!

my wisdom teeth were bothering me for years, but the past several months became extremely painful, and if left untreated would’ve caused further dental issues.

this office removed my wisdom tooth in 15 minutes! it was quick, painless, and free! i used basic medi-cal as insurance. i was given localized anesthesia (lidocaine injections) and was able to leave by myself (without a caretaker) after surgery, which worked for me. im new to LA so i dont know anyone here i’d even trust to “caretake” after me, and i appreciated being able to continue my daily activities uninterrupted without the effects from non-localized anesthesia.

i didn’t wait long, maybe 20 minutes after my actual appointment time to be seen, so a small wait, but nothing crazy; since most oral surgeons wont even accept medi-cal at all, i didnt mind a small wait. the surgeon was busy with many patients to see, but still managed to be attentive without making me feel rushed and most importantly, was effective! more attentive than past dentists ive seen through private dental insurance actually!

being from florida wheres there’s no healthcare/government assistance of any kind for low-income individuals (unless your pregnant or disabled + low income) im grateful for the help and would highly recommend this office!

Do not go here! Please be aware of your summary of benefits etc. They will steal your money saying you are not covered or that your copay is much more than it should be. They make you sign "optional costs" when it should be covered costs. They are Fraud. They scam people for a living to comp on sales goals. I will help bring this to an end. Reported them to the Federal Trade Commission already. Araceli the office manager is incompetent to provide customer service and is a pathological liar. Does not know what she is doing. Very unprofessional and vulgar. DO NOT COME TO WEST COAST DENTAL in general. I hope Payam or Farid read this and hire professional staff and not scammers.

The dentists don’t seem to know how to properly fix tooth issues since we had to keep coming back. Also the wait times are way too long. Not sure if it’s a scheduling issue or what but when patients arrive for their appointments, we should be seen at that time, not an hour later.

Very disappointed with the doctor who saw my 9 yo because while they didn't let me in with my son that doctor pulled my son's ear. Please DO NOT allow your children to be alone with those horrible dentist. They refuse to give me the doctors name so we will never visit that office!

The new ortho doctor was very polite and efficient and everyone on the ortho staff as well good job everyone 😃

all the staff there are super friendly and help out to all your needs. My kids love them here too. Great office with great people.
