1st time visit and my initial impression is very good! Friendly staff that works really well with children. I truly appreciate that the doctor is respectful of the parent's decisions and mindful of our concerns. Also, I got the impression that they only offer services when truly needed - I did not get the 'vibe' that they are trying to nickel and dime us on unnecessary services. I hope my first impression is the norm there!

I have called the number provided every weekday for the past 10 days. I got one response, she said she would check the details and call me back. I guess she laughs when she thinks about that, if she does. Certainly did not call me back. They performed the wrong service - after setting up an orthodontic exam, and 4 followup conversations about an orthodontic exam, and mentioning that we have a family dentist that just gave her a comprehensive exam - they performed a comprehensive exam while we waited 2 hours in 100 degree heat in the parking lot. They came out to discuss the 2 cavities they found in my daughter's mouth. Which our family dentist did not find 4 days earlier. Tricia told us they would give our payment back, then found they had already processed it. Certainly was efficient at that, huh!? So they would get it processed and back to us in a few days. It has been 18 days as of today. No check. Cannot talk to anyone there. I have printed the complaint form to send to the florida board of license, had to download it and fill it out, then mail it in. My complaint is that they falsely found cavities - daughter went back to the local orthodontist august 24, they did not find the cavities that Comfort dental found, how about that. I will defer to the florida board, see what they think about it. That $89 they lied about and stole might not have been worth it, I would have just chalked it up to a bad experience had they been truthful.

Korea was great! I have a very curious little boy and she patiently answered all of his questions. She was also gental and thorough with his cleaning. He can’t wait to come back to visit her and his doctor!

Had my first visit today. Was having pain with a particular tooth. They worked me in quickly. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Look forward to future visits for myself and my family.

I really like Comfort Dental Care but I wish that they accept Medicare because it is hard to find a good dentists in my area. I have BCBS of Alabama and a secondary insurance right now but in 30 days I will be on Medicare.
I want to continue with them because this was my first visit and I really don't like going to dentists.

Here in Crestview for a few months and had a filling fall out. On my first visit I was treated as though I’d been a patient years! Dr. Mina is exceptional and he has an equally exceptional dental assistant with Sophia. I’m beyond impressed with this dental office...a well oiled machine. They know their stuff and take care of your issues without hassle. They treat you with warm regard, caring and thoughtfulness. I’m bummed this practice isn’t close to my hometown.

I have been seeing Dr. Mina since I was a customer at the Pensacola office and he provided outstanding customer care to me plus he is very knowledgable when you have questions that an internet search can't answer.
Also the tech Ashley is always bubbly and willing to help both me and my mother when we come for our appointments. I would highly recommend this comfort dental in crestview for your dental needs because they are a 10 in my book. Thank you for treating my family like we are a part of your dental family.
