My sister had an emergency that required a late night visit. Megan got back to us immediately and got us in. Ashley then came in With a smile on her face, ready to help us as best as she could. She made the experience for my sister, a little less scary and now (fingers crossed) May be the reason why my sister’s smile will be saved! Both Megan and Ashley were very helpful throughout this horrible experience and I thank both of them for helping my sister!

My wife and I have been going to comfort dental for the last 2-3 years. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The dental hygienists are awesome, so friendly, and make us feel so relaxed. This place has done wonders on our smiles.

I had a dental emergency while on vacation. Comfort Care Dental was able to see me on a Friday when most dentists were closed and the procedure to remove a dental implant that had sheared in two was quick and painless. Thanks to Dr Frank and his dental assistant Crystal (sorry if I got the name wrong) I was able to enjoy the remainder of my vacation and able to eat!!!

Looking for on time and great personalities? This is it everyone was exceptionally lovely. Can't wait to go back! *Coming from someone that does not like to go to the dentist*

Love this place! The best experience I’ve had in a dental office in a long while. Angie was a sweetheart and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I highly recommend Comfort Dental if you need a provider in the area!

Scheduled appointment was for 3pm. However, upon arrival I was told the appointment was cancelled. The claim was that I was called at my home phone as well as by cell. The home phone just rang and my cell said not available. No attempt whatsoever to call until someone was either reached or a voicemail could be left. BUT, when I arrive there were four people sitting and or standing at the reception desk. This is the second instance of arriving on time for an appointment only to be told it was cancelled due to unavailability of the orthodontist. Zero customer service but spot on deflection. Through it all, not one time did anyone have the decency to apologize since I took off from work and checked my child out early from school. No, I would not recommend anyone to this place until they can develop some professionalism. The name should be changed from Comfort Dental to No Comfort Dental

Ashley hooked me up w my xray started our conversation with (hows your momma doing? I sure do love her!!) i knew then i was in good hands.. man hood me up w a blanket cause it was kinda chilly.. even had a dedicated hand holder to help me thru the process..

It was an average experience for today’s society. Besides being given 3 different directions for my child to take medication before his surgery when I was inquiring, being asked to sign consent forms for my sons surgery After he had been taken back and the surgery had begun, be aware that if your child is having surgery or a check up after the surgery (like today when my son was supposed to have his sutures removed) the parent is asked to leave the room “due to not enough room for the doctor, the pictures, the staff, the expensive equipment they will be using...etc.” I agree with a previous review that unfortunately I just read, red flags should go up if you are told you have to leave your child alone in a room without you. There is no advocate in the room for your child. I do not agree with this policy. And then after being asked to leave bec they had to take pictures they didn’t even take any. The dentist or hygienist didn’t even come out to give me a brief on what they did to my son after the appt. My son had to come out and tell me I had to schedule another appt in 2 weeks for the actual pictures, which I will be planting myself in the room for. As far as the actual procedure being a success, I think it has been good? But like I said I am not sure since it was only my son who passed along that the staff said the site of the surgery was doing well after the surgery and the sutures had been removed. Maybe when we go back for end results I can be briefed by an adult. Hope this was helpful for parents with children under the age of 18.

Okay so I have been here at this location twice, and I have to say they have the BEST customer service EVER. Very professional staff and always smiling with great attitudes! I would highly recommend anyone to this type of environment for anyone including kids. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do! Oh I cant forget how professional they are during this pandemic we are all facing. I will be back! Thank you guys so much! Keep up all your hard work!
