Comfort Dental is great! I saw them to fix a problem tooth (botched root canal and crown). I was very apprehensive and worried because the tooth had become painful and infected. I spoke to the office manager, a dentist, and an endodontist/oral surgeon at the first visit. They explained the procedure, showed me a short video, and had a clear model to answer any questions . I had the procedure done today, and was given enough oral sedatives to keep me calm and out of pain. I am so happy with my new dentists!

Dr Radio RIb DDS,MSD is the most amazing dentist that I ever been too. He is so kind and thoughtful and makes you feeling so comfortable during your visit. His staff is the best. Ashley who works with him is amazing. I would highly recommended this dentist. They are number 1 in my book !!!

Quick service and professional. Gave us a last second appointment for a urgent matter and was able to fit us in within 2 hours. Professional staff and admin explained all charges easily to us. Dr. & Techs were all friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience... always calling the reschedule my appts because there is no doctor... the story goes on and on... my daughter went back 4 times for one crown... first it didn’t fit... second time... it hadn’t came in yet... 3rd time they put temporary glue... 4th time was to put it in correctly,,, then they want to reschedule my sons appointment because they scheduled it when a dentist wasn’t going to be there😳! I have had enough.... I’m paying to much money for this treatment

1. Requested that doc not put in crown tightly against adjacent teeth. So he didn’t. Rather, he created a huge gap between the crown and the adjacent tooth. Would get WADS of gum in the gap EVERY time I chewed gum. Same thing with food. Had to continually remove food and gum from the gap. 2. The dental tech was inexperienced in setting a crown, and kept blaming it on my “big tongue.“ 3. Doc said I should replace my silver fillings with the newer aesthetic fillings at high personal cost.

Sooooooo. Ended up going to Niceville dentist. 1. He filled the gap using an existing filling in the tooth adjacent to the crown. It no longer traps gum and food. 2. No one before or after has told me I have a big tongue. 3. And my Niceville dentist said that the silver fillings don’t need to be replaced until there is a reason to replace them.

I really wanted to like this place - It's close to home, and really convenient. I just can't bring myself to go back. My husband urged me to find another place, but I still wanted to give them a chance until I had another bad experience and decided to move on. If an existing patient has a dental issue they should not have to wait 2 months to be seen for just the exam and cleaning! Then be told that I may have to wait an additional month or more "depending on the schedule" and what is available. A dental office should not be this busy to where they can't help their patients within a timely manner.
The Dentists are very inconsistent. I've seen a different dentist every time I've gone in. I had one dentist tell me I need a root canal, then I show up for the procedure, pay, and have a totally different dentist show up to work on me only to tell me that I DON'T need the root canal! Then to make it worse they couldn't return the hundreds of dollars I had just paid to them minutes prior. I've never been anywhere that makes me pay FIRST. It took weeks to get the money back. I don't like this place. They are overpriced and not consistent in any way. The assistants and hygienists are great, but unfortunately I can't justify going back. I hope other people have a much better experience!

I had some crown work done, I’m not gonna lie I was so scared because I’ve had a bad time with dentists. But everything was super chill very helpful and comforting through my tears of anxiety to tears of happiness. My crowns are gorgeous and look like my natural teeth! A little pricey but hey, you get what you pay for🤷🏽♀️ I’ll never stop smiling now!
