Today was our first time using Comfort Care Dental and we had an amazing experience. The staff were all very friendly and very professional. The doc himself was amazing with my kids and they walked away wanting to go back ASAP! I will highly recommend to all my friends especially those with children.

Visited Comfort Dental with my youngest son who is 6 years old. All the staff was very professional and had outstanding customer service! My son really enjoyed watching Disney Plus on the ceiling tv while he got his teeth cleaned.
I highly recommend this practice for anyone who has young children that have never been to the dentist before.

I will not go back, I was insulted and told I should take lessons from my wife she has beautiful teeth, mine were a mess. This is not what I would expect from a dental professional. I went for a cleaning, left going 600 miles back to my old dentist who at least treats a 61 year old with respect.

Double booking and Overcharging. Got off work two times for my family member to see the dentist for fillings. Scheduling errors on their end both times led to her one-day-procedure still not fully complete. Additionally, I was overcharged for the one cavity they did fill, and it wasn't til i thoroughly went over the receipts with the staff that i was refunded. They took no responsibility for the issues, and did not try to remedy the situation (ie dentist staying a couple minutes late to fill her teeth). Front desk Staff seems friendly enough, so I don’t know if the dentists are lazy crooks, or whats going on exactly. Don’t care to stay and find out either.

New to Crestview and needed a new dentist. Gave them a try since they took our insurance and also do pediatrics. They got me in quick, and were very nice and welcoming from the time I walked in. Will happily continue to take my family here for dental needs.

I cannot begin to explain the exceptional kindness & service I received from Comfort Dental. Being absolutely terrified before I even sat down in the dental chair everyone was so kind & compassionate. Dr. Mina & Dr. Dib, not to mention my fav Ashley & the wonderful Natalie who genuinely care about you! They go out of their way to make sure you are calm and relaxed. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about Comfort Dental & the people there, luv you guys xx!!!

As a senior citizen who is deathly afraid of dentists I was reassured that I would be made comfortable in their office and in their capable hands. And I have to say they were right. The dental assistants were extremely capable and very considerate, and acted in a very professional manner. The dentist who worked on me was very professional and friendly,he was also very careful as to my comfort, although I did feel a little pressure when he extracted the teeth I did not feel any pain,which is very unusual, especially when you have somebody digging a mine in your mouth, { a little humor on my part } as for the procedure it did not take very long,and both the dentist and his technician were very capable and professional. As far as recommendations go this has to be one of the finest offices in Crestview,Fl If I need more dental work in the future this is the office I would recommend. I think I made a big mistake they are nothing but rip off artists so find another dentist anybody but these scam artists.
