Comfort Dental has been my dental office for several years. Over that time I’ve had fillings, cleanings and a new bridge, all in the Crestview office. While I haven’t had the same hygienist or dentist every visit, I have never been disappointed in the care I received.

Absolutely not. Guys, please go somewhere else! I went for a wisdom teeth consult, which I had to pay for the scheduled surgery in advance (which should have been the first red flag). I had my dentist review the charges and he was very alarmed that they were doing bone grafts so I had a second opinion. And it was confirmed that these were not needed. When I cancelled a week before the appointment, they said the refund would be reviewed at the end of the month. Tomorrow is the end of the month and now they are saying it can take up to 30 days. Filing a dispute and reporting to BBB but wanted to warn others!

Staff is incredible even at the end of the day. Ashley greeted me by name with enthusiasm and was even singing during my procedure (great voice too) which put me at ease. Ashley tightened and fixed my braces with confidence and cared for my wellbeing. They all acted like I was the 1st patient of the day even though my procedure kept them from leaving on time. I really appreciate you all employing the most capable, professional, and caring staff at the Crestview Office. I LOVE my Orthodontic assistant, ASHLEY!!!!

Complete waste of time. Made the appointment MONTHS ago. They called yesterday to re-verify my information including insurance and they sent me several forms to complete online - which I promptly completed. When I got there today I waited for an hour before they told me they hadn't verified my insurance. Long story short, they wanted me to pay for the exam and xrays out of pocket so I left after waiting an hour without ever being called back to see the dentist. Also as a side note, I was not the only person to have an issue with the office staff in there today. One lady told them that they had billed for services she did not approve or receive and they told her it would be 30 days to review the issue. That lady made it known loudly that they lost her business and although I didn't cause a scene, I agree with her. They have lost my family's business as well.
