My kiddos love coming here! My 5 year old daughter used to be so afraid but she likes the staff so much she doesn't even mind going back without me now! And when my 8 year old son needed work done they got him in same day! I also really appreciate the communication on what needs to be done to keep their teeth healthy! They also worked with the adult side so we could coordinate all of our appointments on the same day! Less time off work makes this super busy mom's life just a little easier...I can't say enough good things about this place!!!

Comfort Dental in Crestview is amazing. I was having tooth pain, and showed up there without an appointment. They took me in right away, did X-rays, and I was seen by a dentist within 30 minutes of arrival. I am so thankful for this good service.

If I could give them no stars I would. My exsperiance was life changing. I had one dentist sew my max sinus shut after an extraction. Resulted in emergency sinus surgery. Second visit the dentist pulled my tooth and it was very abscessed resulting in tons of antibiotics and a hospital stay. 2years have passed and I had a present visit. Then after that they sent me a dismissal letter. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Dont do it. This place did a botched extraction and would not even look at it. They wanted to get an xray done on a tooth they extracted. A bone graph was done without permission or consent.I now have pointy bone or tooth material that is growing out of the gum. They are unable to keep appointments and unable to keep a person on a dental plan. I will find .another dentist, report them to BBB, and seek a lawyer. Unethical contracts to prevent lawsuits, misleading guidance on pesonal needs, as well as liyiing about needd to complete service.

They have no concern for your time or well being. They are only concerned about them getting the most amount of money out of you that they can. This is an in-network dentist for me and the costs are still outrageous compared to others in the area (even out of network providers.) If you happen to schedule an appointment, make sure it’s not just a consultation. They won’t tell you that it’s a consultation until the very end, and then have you reschedule another office visit, which you also have to pay for again.
