I had a teeth cleaning. My hygienist was thorough, explained all she was doing without idle chit chat. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Comfort Dental. Great service again today. - Elaina Petrovich.

This review is based off of customer service, lack of communication, and billing inquiries. Made my appointment for a surgery consult and was not informed that the oral surgeon is only there once a month and I would also have to pay before having my surgery to reserve my surgery appointment. If that information was disclosed with me before making the appointment I wouldn’t have even went here for a consult. I put in a request to get my x-rays in December 20 21 and never received them, had to walk in to the office in February 20 22 to get my x-rays. When I was calling around to other dentists they did inform me that comfort does not like to fax or give x-rays to people so I would have to basically walk in and get it myself, which is what I had to do. Also wanting to add I had no balance with them. I questioned my billing quote, that I didn’t understand how it was so much for surgery because I was in network with this office. I was able to go to a different dentist and have my surgery done for $650 less than what this office quoted me. I was also out of network at the cheaper office. I do understand different offices have different profile fees but what I do not understand is that nobody called me back to give me a breakdown of how they were getting that quote. I am not looking for an apology or acknowledgement from this establishment. I’m just simply wanting other people to be aware of this and to shop around before making a decision to go with this office.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location! I have huge anxiety with dentist offices, and they ease my mind, I actually now look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Mina is absolutely phenomenal and personal. He always makes sure you’re comfortable, and explains things while he does them. Ashley B. is amazing, she is so sweet, and charismatic. This office has gone above and beyond for me in many instances, and I can’t thank you enough. 😊

I started going to Comfort Dental over a month ago and am so glad I did! I cracked a tooth and I was in within a few days to have an extraction. The extraction, I was put to sleep, was the best experience I’ve ever encountered!
Have been back several times to have things done.
Ashley was amazing, so sweet and helpful.
I went in today, 15 min late (wrong time in my head) and thanks to Anquan I was still seen. Anquan was so pleasant.
Dr. Mina is the best! He’s done my extraction and filling. He is so gentle and caring. Dr. Mina also explains everything so you can understand.
I would and will recommend Comfort Dental Crestview to anyone and all friends!!

Once Again Comfort Dental came through with excellent care and lots of good advice concerning my dental health. Somehow I actually lost a crown and didn't notice it. I do brush/waterpick every day but still missed the problems they found today. I WILL be following up with future appointments needed to continue maintaining my dental health..😁

Staff was awesome. Only concern is that the first cleaning appointment is 11 months out during to scheduling.

Customer service has really gone down. At first I loved the staff and environment. Now that I am complete with my Invisalign, I’m an inconvenience to call and price a replacement retainer. I noticed the decline the last few visits and today’s phone call sealed my opinion. I’ll never return.
