Dr.Mina & his assistant Ashley were very caring and kind to my parents. We had a pleasant experience overall from check in to check out. Dr. Mina is very knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure every detail is understood. His assistant explained the procedure to me and was very thorough; she answered every question.The office was wheel chair accessible and the rooms accommodated both my parents. I was able to sit with my parents while the Doctor did his exam and while his assistant reviewed everything with us. It was a friendly, family environment. Thank you for your professionalism.

They want to charge 650 to pull one tooth which is highway robbery I would never recommend these thieves please support your local dentist the more people give into this scam the more they will keep doing it YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE A BONE GRAFT TO GET A TOOTH PULLED

I’m really bad with names but the dentist and his assistant that i have had the pleasure to meet and them doing my dental work , let me just tell you… that are fan-freaking-tastic! They have explained everything in detail when i was having my work done, nothing was left out. The assistant is awesome he has made me comfortable and a smile on my face! And let me tell you he made sure i had the best looking crown in the office! For sure will be using them every time and i hope the dentist and assist are who do my future dental work !

Dr. Chung and Ashley C. are outstanding! I could not have asked to have had a better team taking care of me. They were genuinely concerned with making sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure and aftercare thoroughly. The office staff is outstanding as well!

For a dentist to be unsuccessful at handling a scared 4 year old is one thing, but for a dentist to tell me that my child's behavior was unacceptable, he can't be screaming like that, I have othe people who don't need to hear that, shows ZERO compassion for a child scared out of his mind. Didn't bother to try anything to make him not terrified of her. Not only that, the rest of the assistants, except a couple, treated him like he was a circus act and crowded around him to watch. How is any of this acceptable behavior for any adult. Only positive was the assistant that cleaned my daughter's teeth, she was amazing.

Had a teeth cleaning , X-rays and dental visit. The hygienist Angie is very pleasant and helped to calm me. (Don’t like Dr offices). The dentist was excellent and fixed a tooth crown for me . I will be returning to this office

I was ashamed to admit that I had not had dental care since 2003. I successfully battled cancer in 2014 but the chemo wreaked havoc on my teeth. With no insurance, dental care was placed low on the list of priorities. Life goes on, circumstances change, and I am blessed to now have dental coverage. I scheduled my appt. On a scale if 1-5 my fear was a 10! Everyone at Comfort Dental Care in Crestview made me feel comfortable as we addressed all concerns and a treatment plan. I will be having surgery and will be getting dentures next month. Although I am a little nervous I am confident I will be made comfortable. Thank you all for a surprisingly pleasant experience.
