Set an appointment on the 3rd of January for the 13th. Arrived 10 mins early to find out there was no appointment made. I explained to the rep that not only did make the appointment but also took off work to do so. No reasonable explanation given to what could have happened to my appointment other than, “ they must have been busy”. I asked to speak with management, surprise, one wasn’t available till the following week. I missed the managers call the following Monday and I returned it the next morning. She wouldn’t even take my call. $2200 for a crown and I set an appointment to get it looked at for pain and discomfort to be treated like this?! No thanks! Ill take my business elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly, my dental hygienist is wonderful. I’ve been going here for several years now, I’m happy with my experience…well, as happy as you can be having your teeth and gums poked at!

You did a good job. However, you cost fare too much. I worked some figures and discovered that I could have flown to The middle East staied in a high class hotel and had the same work done there for slightly less. Your price needs some work.

Keep your receipts of what you pay After every single visit. This has saved me 100s. This is an untrustworthy establishment.
On top of that there is a complete lack of customer service skills amongst the manager and check in staffing.

Dr. Perry and his assistant Tara were amazing! They were able to fix my son's broken tooth expertly! I really enjoyed the staff and office. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. I will be switching dentists to make this my primary one.

I'm here visiting family from outta town and I called last Friday expecting the Dental office to be closed, or too busy to see me!
I told her my emergency she got me in there within the hour! I hope they open a Comfort Dental in Wisconsin one day! I can't forget the Doctor! So he was a young Doctor. He did a stellar job fixing me up. I'm all brand new. Thanks!! XO -Mai

Unless you are willing to fully sedate your child and leave them alone with these dentists they will not see your child. It doesn't matter how simple the procedure is they want every child fully sedated through every procedure. This also puts them at very high risk for cardiac arrest and I have had 2 friends who've lost their children to this

Sheila was very patient and very knowledgable. I enjoyed talking to her. She did a great ckeaning for me. And dr did a great job checkidng my mouth and fixing my teeth.

Today was a day full of tears for this single mother. However, the staff here went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. From my initial call looking for a pediatric dentist to take an emergency appointment I was very flustered because I had been looking all morning for Dentist for my daughter. I was lucky to call just in time after a last minute cancelation. The operator made me feel confident to get help. Then when I spoke with Megan at the office she was so kind and patient with me. We live in Pensacola and I don't drive so finding a ride was a challenge. Once I did, the staff stayed late for my daughter and quickly removed her bad tooth. The doctor made sure my daughter wasn't going through the weekend in pain and that meant the world to this helpless mom. Thank you so much to the entire staff of ladies who took such great care of my baby girl. We have officially found our dentist going forward.

My dad lives in the BEST assisted living facility in Crestview. He is new to the area, naturally I wanted to find a dentist who would take dad's fear of dentistry seriously while providing him with urgent care required after chipping a tooth in the front of his smile. The appointment was set within just a few days, the staff are friendly and put my dad at ease. This was such a pleasant experience despite the circumstances.
