Comfort Dental Care & Orthodontics - Crestview

I want to say this dental office for the most part has amazing dentists and staff. My two favorites are Kathy and the cute blond dental assistant (name I forgot) are so sweet and compassionate and truly care. I highly recommend this practice . Kathy has gave me moral support as I heal through a bone graft and implant which is sometimes all we need. Thank you Kathy, you are awesome and should be recognized for your true kindness .they are blessed to have you.

Had my cleaning done with Angie yesterday and she is amazing.. also saw Dr crawford.. he is the nicest person to work with.. he is super smart and takes time to explain stuff to you..

This place is amazing! The first time I went in I was in a financial bind and they did so much to help me out!!! I returned for a procedure today and I've never been in and out of the dentist so quickly and pleased with the service! As I am still in a bad financial state, they once again worked with me on payments past the date of the procedure to make sure I wasnt suffering any more pain due to the infected tooth I had. My dentist was wonderful and friendly and knowledgeable as was all the staff. One of the dental assistants' even took the extra step and helped me pay towards my bill when I was sadly short. I have never experienced such an act of kindness from a complete stranger and I will NEVER be able to thank her enough for the deed she did to help someone in their time of need!! I will be returning here as long as my insurance covers them and and I am very thankful of the fantastic staff!

I had an amazing experience at Confort Dental. Dr. Franklin and Ashley made me feel right at home. They were both very welcoming and professional! Another plus was Dr. Franklin speaks Spanish which was very helpful! Thank you!!

I was running 20 minutes late for my child's first appointment with them but they still saw him in a very timely manner. We waited not even 10 minutes. I live in Fort Walton and never go to Crestview. I scheduled the appointment over the phone about a month earlier and told them I would be paying out of pocket since we do not have dental insurance and only want for him to get a cleaning/exam. They told me it would be $110. After his cleaning at check-out she told me it would be $145. I told them I was not going to pay that amount since I was told different over the phone. She was very professional and had me pay that exact amount. Great office with excellent care. Definitely going back!

Dr. Silva did an awesome job with my braces. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and answered every question that I had after. Very excited about my journey to a perfect smile with them.

Comfort Dental in Crestview is accommodating, clean and quick. The staff is very friendly, especially Ashley. She has the most positive attitude and always makes me and my daughter laugh. What a joy!

The temporary crown they installed crumbled 3 times because they didn’t adjust the bite correctly which caused me to now need a root canal. If you need a root canal, they have no doctors who can do the job and have to send you elsewhere. I have to be in pain for 2.5 months before I can get the needed care. Unless they call to reschedule me to a later appointment again. They are not “one stop shopping” like they advertise on their commercials. The lack of quality care is costing me a lot of money and I’m told there is nothing they can do about it…. I would shop elsewhere for my dental care..

Over the past few years I have gone to multiple dentist trying to find one who is capable to work with my non-verbal 6 year old. We found Dr. Lisbet Diaz and her team, who was the first dentist to do an actual exam, x-rays, and dental work that was necessary for my child.

He can be what is considered a difficult patient for many, Dr. Diaz and her team were patient, accommodating, and willing to switch up plan and routine to make sure the care and procedure was done to everyone's comfort. Along with making sure we had a dental plan that worked for his best interest.

Highly recommend their office for any dental work you might need done.

I went in for severe pain throughout my entire mouth and I'm super happy to say I am no longer in pain thanks to the Comfort Dental team! Can't thank Sophia and Doc enough for what they have done and what they are continuing to do for me. I'm excited for my future smile because of them!
