Dr. Mina did a great job taking out my wisdom teeth. I was very nervous. He explained everything to me. I felt no pain. Procedure went off without a hitch. Update. Have had issues with payment. They asked for payment upfront which I understood and paid. Insurance came later and said I should have paid less. Business department has been less eager to return my difference than I was when paying the price in advance of the services. Claim they haven't received money from insurance but insurance has said they paid and issued explanation of benefits. Sucks because the actual dental work was awesome.

Had a bad tooth called at 9 am they got me in at 3 PM. Left the office at 4 PM. They were courteous and attentive to my needs and the pain I was in. They really took good care ogf me.
Went for my checkup Dr Franklin was great he made my appointment very good. We had a discussion about the right path for upcoming dental. He took good time explain all to me. When I return I want to be scheduled Wiig Dr Franklin.
Upon checking out, talked with Ashley and she made it painless to see my upcoming appointment. What made it better was her sense of humor and beautiful smile.

The staff is amazing. My process was lengthy and involved several visits that included sedation. I have crippling anxiety and was made comfortable everytime. Every doctor and specialist I met was kind and professional. Once the final product appt was finished it was very apparent how happy the doctors were for me to get the result I did. The result is phenomenal!

I had an emergency issue with a molar at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Mina and his staff were absolutely wonderful! I continued going and received a deep cleaning and two front crowns, which I am very happy with. Dr. Mina was very personable and has a great sense of humor. And again, his staff was very caring. Unfortunately, I am moving for graduate school. I hope to find a dentist and staff that matches Comfort Care Crestview, but they set the par high!

Dr Mina and Ashley are the best!! They were very comforting and efficient in taking care of my emergency. Very gentle and it wasn’t even like being at a dentist!! I highly recommend them. Very good service from the call in to the appointment!
