I had an appointment on a Tuesday to get a cleaning however it was canceled due to a staff being sick which is very understanding so they rescheduled it for Thursday morning. I came in for the appointment and they took me back and did my exam and ask if I could come back later that day to do the cleaning. My appointment was set that morning to do the cleaning! Very unprofessional

Dental hygienist was very nice and did an excellent job

Had 3 teeth an a impacted wisdom tooth pulled. The doctor an nurses ,were very nice . The doctor was very professional, it took only 45 minutes for 3 teeth,an a impacted wisdom tooth. The nurse ,very helpful in explaining my medication i was prescribed, all in all I had a great visit.

Staff is super nice. From the receptionists to the techs to the dentists. They all treated me really well. My only complaint is the lack of explaining what each service is going to entail. I went in for a crown on 2 teeth and I had no idea that it took 2 visits to complete. On the plus side, they made sure I was VERY comfortable during the first visit. I don't remember a lot but I think I accidentally bit the tech at some point! Lol Overall though, I really like them and will continue to be a client.

Always great service. Received great care from my hygienist and an excellent grade.

Oral surgery on 8/24/22
My visit today staff courteous, friendly as usual. For four years I had to deal with a botched Implant. I was daily in constant pain and discomfort and it had to be taken out by an oral surgeon. Dr. Eberle was friendly and very skilled and made the whole removal process stress free. Without hesitation I will use Dr. Eberle again in the future.

I am very thankful my Niece referred me to Comfort Dental. The name says it all, comfort. They are compassionate & caring the staff are all comforting before and during Dental procedures, the after care is well planned to minimize any issues after procedures. Again A Big Thank You and Many Blessing for the Staff at Comfort Dental.

The dental assistant was friendly but that's the only good thing I can say from my experience. I did research and made an appointment for a consultation to talk about what I wanted. I was very clear from the time I made the appointment, when I arrived and repeated what I wanted to do I was brushed off and ignored and instead given a totally opposite treatment plan to cost me $13,000. I definitely wouldn't spend that kind of money on a place that'll barely listen to you..

I was a patient at comfort dental Dr. Mercke preformed dental work on me. She stated my child will have to sit on the other side of the room when preforming the dental work. She gave me several shots in my mouth. She then waited for the numbing to take full effect, taking about 15 minutes. Finally asks me who will be watching my child. I was told it was fine before the shots to have my child with me. I was charged half of the procedure on $115.37. I want them to state clearly that no child can be present for dental work, so other patients don’t get charged from comfort dental. They numbed my entire right side of my mouth upper and lower for no reason. Preforming treatment that causes pain should be taken more seriously! Wouldn’t be making a bad review if they would have just turned me away from the beginning.
