It’s funny that they sent me this review because I never saw the dentist. I got a call two hours before my bi-annual appointment saying they had to cancel and the next available appointment was in six months but they’d put me on a waiting list for cancelations. Eventually someone cancelled and I got a new appointment and when I arrived on time today they told me I didn’t have insurance. I gave them my insurance cards and they told me I would have to call and work it out myself. (Side note - I’ve been going to this dentist office for twelve years and the insurance is still the same). The insurance agent said I was covered on her end. The office has a ‘roster’ that lists who has coverage for the month and I was not listed on this month (I was on it last month). The insurance faxed over my proof of insurance and emailed their insurance liaison in about five minutes to work it out. The office at first said since I wasn’t listed on their original list (despite proof from the insurance agency) that I would have to wait until a new list came out next month. After a few minutes they accepted that I was covered and apologized for the mix up with the insurance. The whole process took exactly twenty minutes, however at that time they told me it was too late to proceed so I would have to reschedule. The only openings they had were on a holiday which I was not going to accept so I got rescheduled for my third attempt at cleaning my teeth for another six months from now. I asked them if I should just get a new dentist because truthfully it seemed better than waiting six months and the receptionist just said she would again put me on the cancellation list. My experience speaks for itself. Give it a shot if you want.

I recommend everyone check them out for themselves. and the atmosphere was outstanding. the doctor and staff were outstanding and very pleasant. I was welcome Once I entered the office. Very very professional in every situation.

The lady who helped me today was outstanding. She took the time to get to know me as a person, spent time explaining the financials of my treatment plan, & when my card wasn’t working for payment- she helped me feel better. Today I was able to pay for & schedule a surgery I’ve needed for x2 years

I have been using Comfort Dental for 2 years. Everyone of their employees have treated me every time with the utmost respect and professionalism that is needed to have a great office. I will continue to use them until the end of my time. These people are awesome.

Absolutely amazing how much this company puts there efforts to customer care. They truly do everything they can to make the entire experience a happy and most importantly comfortable one. I was there for a deep clean and Mrs. Marty was very patient with me and helpful she made sure that there wasn’t any pain and helped me throughout my whole appointment until the end with all my questions. I recently went into Comfort Dental on Davis Highway in Pensacola Florida for a checkup and evaluation regarding some dental issues. I would like to say that I was more than pleased with the high level of professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff I interacted with.
I found the facility to be clean and pleasant; and I was impressed with the efficiency on display with their office personnel.
I have used Comfort Dental in the past and have always been pleased with the work they have done. I do highly recommend them for anyone looking a good outcome regarding their dental needs.

I have had numerous procedures done with Comfort Dental over the past year and a half, which includes three implants. To date, October 24, 2022, I have been very satisfied with the care, expertise, timelinees, and overall quality of care. The staff is courteous, compassionate, and professional. I am very satisfied. They outline a care plan, and are clear on what to anticipate cost wise.

Paid $228 just to get past the receptionist and then had to come up with half or all of the cost of the procedure just to schedule an appointment. The first available is a month out. I broke a tooth and am in pain but they got their money so I guess they're not in a hurry. If I hadn't already paid $554, I wouldn't go back. Felt like a trap. Money before care, they know people are in need and desperate; it's a racket. Hopefully the dentist is better.

This dental office is the best one I have ever been too. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I was scared at first because I dont like going to the dentist and turned my fear into a smile. I would highly recommend.

They lied! I could have spent a lot less money elsewhere and could possibly wear dentures and imagine if I could eat and speak normal! It’s been 2 years and they said it get better. It did not and I’m miserable because now I have to shell out more money just to get a set that fits and is functional. This place is all about the money not you the patient. I won’t recommend my enemies to this awful place! My dentures look like horse teeth I’m so embarrassed
