I can’t thank this place enough. I had an emergency situation a nobody would take me in, not even look at it to see how bad it was. But I came here on a Saturday morning before my step-sons graduation, when they only have pediatric attention and took me right in. DMD Díaz and her team were amazing! Caring, compassionate and fast. Not a single but or question and I really felt like a little kid again hahaha. Thanks so much again, you save my day and my weekend. I recommend this place 100%

can't remember my dentist name but I've dealt with him past 2 years. everything from root canals to implants. I'm very pleased with everything!!

About as pleasant of an experience as you can have at a dentist's office.

Dental tech. was super nice and so reassuring she made sure I was comfortable no pain talk me thru what she was doing I would recommend Comfort Dental Care.

My experience at Comfort Dental was excellent. After my X-rays I was given several options to address my needs. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions.

I have had great experiences up until the last time I came in. I have been a patient for several years so I can only guess that there must have been a change of staff recently.

My daughter was also a patient and we were told that she had a cavity in need of a filling. I paid for the work to be done in advance and when her father took her in for the appointment, he was told that it wasn't a big deal and that they saw no point in doing a filling.

While I understand that there will be a difference in opinion, the first Dr made it sound urgent, while the second Dr said it was barely even there. This leads to feelings of distrust over work not needing to be done and that they are in need of revenue.

When I discussed with them receiving a refund, I was told I couldn't get a refund until my insurance "had cleared". I explained the obvious, there was no work done, so how could I be waiting for my insurance to do anything? I was given the run around and told that I would receive a call back in a week or so.

After trying to be patient and waiting approximately 3 weeks, I finally went in to discuss the matter only to be told that over a year ago, I had not paid a bill and owed $25 but I could receive the rest of the $100 that I had paid.

My problem with this is simple... You MUST prepay in FULL before they do ANY work and why not tell me about an amount due on my account for OVER A YEAR so that I could clear the account, instead of letting me continue with services?

In short, their new staff or persons in charge are dishonest and greedy. This was an outright fabrication on their part to not refund me the full amount I had paid for work that DIDN'T EVEN NEED UP BE DONE.

I warn anyone doing business with them now... Be cautious.

I had a lot of anxiety going into the procedure for dental implants. The procedure went great. This is the day after and I have no pain or discomfort. I now have a temporary set screwed into four posts. I can’t wait to get my permanent teeth. I can’t say enough good things about Comfort Dental and Dr. Eberle for his great work.

The place is nice and clean. The staffs are very friendly. I rated a four because it is so hard to get an early appointment if you had to reschedule. Also, my most recent cleaning was not great, the lady was in a hurry or something the lady cleaned my teeth real quick.
