Cindy was the best hygienist that I’ve ever had. She’s very thorough and explains everything very well. I enjoyed my experience.

I had an appointment scheduled 6 months ago for regular cleaning and in the week of my appt, I received an email saying that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. I contacted them back to reschedule and they tell me that the next available appt is in 5 months! So they cancel my appointment that was made 6 months ago and now they can't see me for another 5 months!? Ridiculous!

I've been going to Comfort Dental in Pensacola for over two years and have nothing but positive things about my experience! Dr Angel Vasquez did an extraction and implant for me which I was extremely nervous about prior. He is gentle, highly skilled and a great communicator. He and his team made me feel at ease by answering all my questions and providing excellent care from start to finish. Dr Richard Vazquez is who I see most often for check ups and implant needs. He is patient, gentle and is also a great communicator. I have nothing but positive things to say about his professionalism, skills and demeanor. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Nathan Eberle and he and his team made that experience go seamlessly and painlessly. From the first call I placed to them, it was obvious this practice was in a class by itself. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the outstanding care and treatment we have received from Comfort Dental!

With my history of not caring for dentist, I must say that Dr. Angel Vasquez is by far the best doctor I ever met for dental issues. He is smart, very knowledgeable, and explains things in a way to ensure you understand. He deserves 10-stars, and he earns his patient's trust and respect. Great team he has which makes them a first-class dental office. He performs first class work, nothing below that is his standard!

The staff are so compassionate. Exceptional service starts when you walk in the door. I have been in healthcare a long time and I can tell this team really cares about the customer experience. It makes the fear associated with dental work and exam bearable. Will be back!

My cleaning was a quality cleaning BUT, the hygienist was so rough my upper RH gum/teeth ached for five hours. I'm requesting NOT to have her again 🥺

I had a pleasant visit. My Dental Tech. was very nice and she is very skilled at her job. I didnt have any issues with my mouth while cleaning.

I came to my appt. after getting two appt times I had to call to see which time was correct the time on my card was 3:40pm then I get a text saying the time was 3:10pm so I called and was told it was 3:10 I came in the office at 3:00pm checked in told the lady at the desk I needed to got brush my teeth she took my paper work to the back she told me to go through the door to the bathroom and she's got me checked in after leaving the bathroom I went to the waiting room and sat down and I sat and sat other ppl were coming in and getting seen before me I understand ppl r seeing other doctors so I didn't say anything at this point so I sat some more and sat at 3:40 I decided to ask if they forgot about me and I was told that they put me down as a no show they didn't think I was there I'm like really I've been sitting here waiting for my name to be called and everybody looking at everybody like what happen so immediately they took me back after waiting 30 minute's after being told two different times of my appt , I was very disappointed and alittle upset but the nurse that deep cleaned my teeth apologize to me for what happen , I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble it just saddened me that I was forgotten.
