During the past several months I have been having problems setting an appointment in a timely manner. The "fillings" that cover the implant screws are falling out every couple months and I would like to have them repaired in less than a two week waiting period.

Truly sad to see a friend of mine pay in advance all up front and the office gives her non stop a runaround as to when her doctor is going to have a nurse for the surgery.
It is fraud to take someone's money and not get their schedule set up.
Normal people work and must put in time off. Can't be last minute.
Personally, if I find out if she does not get her stuff taken care of in the next week. I will be contacting a lawyer for her and BBB and anything else will be involved to get her surgery completed finally.
Sickening how companies do their patients/customers.
