I was very impressed with how well organized the front desk staff were, and how clean the Comfort Dental business was during my visit. I also noticed that they have the latest "state of the art" mobile X-ray equipment and the Tooth Doctor and his assistant explained the issues with my teeth in a way I could easily understand. Friendly service given by all employees.

Awesome experience overall! I was truly impressed. I had a normal cleaning and fillings done. The cleaning was easy and the hygienist was very gentle but thorough. I recently came back to have two cavities filled and the whole process took less than an hour and was completely painless!

I had a good experience with Comfort Dental today. The staff was courteous, professional and attentive. The only thing was that I thought that I was getting a cleaning that same day but had to schedule for another day. Other than that it was great!

We love the staff and dentists here. Very clean facility and great with going over treatment plans and thoroughly explaining everything.

When I called the office to schedule the appointment, I let the receptionist know that I had just had my braces removed and needed a cleaning as soon as possible. I am a new patient, but I have been going to Aspen Dental for years. The receptionist told me it wasn’t a problem and scheduled my first appointment. Long story short, I finished my x-rays and everything else for my first appointment and was told at checkout that I would have to wait until December 28, 2017 for my cleaning - it was October 2nd! I understand that they get backed up, but it is absolutely ridiculous that nobody told me over the phone that I would have to wait over two months for a cleaning appointment. Now, I can’t even go to my current dentist’s office because my initial appointment at Comfort Dental used my allotted insurance coverage for x-rays, etc. Because of them, I will now go almost an entire year without a cleaning because I have been waiting to have it done due to my braces. I was excited to switch to this new office but now I’m questioning that decision. Clearly, money is top concern here. Otherwise, I would have been notified of the long wait for a cleaning before I got my work done here. There’s no excuse for not notifying me of the wait when I called specifically to inquire about a cleaning. I had a great visit, everyone was nice, but hearing that news at the end of my visit left a bad taste in my mouth and says a lot about how this business is run.

I received professional, friendly and efficient service after calling in a request for urgent care. Dr. Taylor Mercke was able to fit me in the same day. She was thorough, kind and thoughtful. The same could be said of her entire team. One of my molars had broken and I needed a crown. Their attention to detail was exceptional and I'm very happy with my temporary tooth. I've no hesitation in returning for the permanent crown, and for further treatment when necessary. Thank you! Update 3 weeks later: My new crown is perfect! Exceptional color match and fit. And once again, excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

This is the worst dentist we have ever been to. We had to find a new dentist because our insurance changed. We had seen our old dentist since we were little and never had issues. My husband, 4 kids and I get our teeth cleaned every 6 months and at our last cleaning at our old dentist nobody had cavities. When we went to Comfort Dental everyone had at least 4 cavities. We knew that couldn't have been right so we never set up appointments to get them filled. We told numerous people about our experience and come to find out there were so many people that had the same issue or knew someone with the same issue. When we went to another dentist, we explained the situation to them and before we could even say the name of the place we went to, they said, let me guess, you went to Comfort Dental". BEWARE OF THIS SCAM DENTIST

My hygienist, kate, gave me the best And most efficient cleaning I've ever had. My teeth have literally never felt cleaner so much so that I made a point to make this review.
Just an update:
Absolutely terrified of having anything done to my teeth besides a cleaning. Have to be sadated and was still crying I have such a phobia. Everyone from making the appointment to when I walked out was patient, comforting, super understanding and sweet. It made the whole thing a lot less scary for a big baby like me. Literally nobody should ever go here for dental care they gouge you for your money 1 tooth just 1 !!! Needed a root canal and a build-up and they tried to charge me $4600.00 I couldn’t believe it! They take advantage of everyone they can. The receptionist has a serious attitude obviously incredibly Unhappy young lady I hope her life improves. I’ve had the exact same procedure done total cost including exam was 940 dollars. They charged me $100 bucks to tell me $4600 it all took 15 minutes. STAY AWAY

This office is absolutely wonderful. From the caring staff to the great care I've received, this has been by far my most memorable dental experience. LaTasha, you deserve a raise. You can see that you truly care about patients wellbeing and you going above and beyond for me to ensure I wouldn't have to deal with wisdom tooth pain (which is worse than childbirth tbh) is so appreciated. Thank you for being who you are. Also to the staff and hygienists working with Dr. Vasquez, thank you for understanding and working with my anxiety before the procedure as well as the exceptional care you provided. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.
