Comfort Dental Care & Orthodontics

My son had his first appointment at Comfort Dental today and it was such a great experience for him! Everyone there was so kind and took great care to make my nervous 4 yr old feel comfortable. Thank you again!

I am writing this review again because Comfort Dental sent me a message asking me to review their services. I called Comfort Dental and explained my situation. My retainer is broken and I would like to have it repaired. I was told no problem their orthodontics would look at it and I was scheduled for an appointment and was told I'd have to have an x-ray and consult that would be $99, which i agreed to. After arriving for appointment and my consult I was told that their orthodontics do rounds between their different location and wouldn't back at this location for about 4 weeks but the date i was given was actually 7 weeks away. I explained my situation again and that i'd really like my retainer to be looked at, its irritating me. Then the assistant turns and looks at me and says, I'm sorry but the orthodontics here does not do repairs, he does not repair work done elsewhere to which i said well I wasn't told that when i called to schedule my appointment, and i explained the situation with my braces, and of course they passed the buck well we don't know who you talked to but he doesn't do repairs, and i said well i guess you still want me to pay the $99 for the x-ray, and of course they said yes. I will never go back to this place again. STAY AWAY.

Cindy cleaned my teeth and did a great job as always. She has a polite and professional demeanor and cheery personality. Highly recommend Comfort for all your dental needs.

After calling 7 different dentists in the area, I was relieved when the receptionist told me I could get an exam and a cleaning on the same day, and I would only have to wait a few weeks for my appointment. Unfortunately, I was lied to and only was able to get the exam done. (I would have never agreed to the appointment otherwise.) They insisted that they don’t do exams and cleaning on the same day, so they scheduled my cleaning for 4 months later. That time arrived, and to protect the staff from illness, I had to reschedule my cleaning. They told me I had to wait an additional five months for the next appointment. They are severely understaffed and used some shady tactics to get me in the door. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Really enjoyed my first visit, had a 9:40 appt and they were about to get me in about, 20 mins earlier which is always nice. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything that was being done. And their procedures. The Doctor that came in explained the opinions in a quick matter, which I was okay with. Overall look forward to being a patient with them.

Absolutely trash. Do not waste your time or hard earned money at this place. They literally ask for payment before even examining you. I get cleanings regularly and some how formed 2 cavities, need a crown and bottom braces? SCAM. If you do not put at least half down they will not schedule you a future appointment and if you are unable to put the money they ask, you are strongly advised to sign up for their “comfort credit card” just a money scam. Try ASPEN Dental. I can assure you these people actually care. I left from comfort and went straight to Aspen and was told I needed NONE of what these people claimed I needed done to my teeth.

My daughter has been over there multiple times. And her appointments have been rescheduled multiple times also. She gets there today, just to be told that she has to pay $80 for an XRay, when she has 2 different insurances that will cover that. So yes I do absolutely agree with everyone that has said that they just want your money! It is so very frustrating! Because we live an hour away!! She is military! And only certain dentists take military insurance! Do better!

Not even close to a great experience except for the nice person who took me to the seat…she was extremely kind and kept me informed… but everything else was a EXTREME disappointment.. I was the Ginny Pig to try your Dental Office.. and We will be taking our whole family elsewhere… talked on phone.. and made it clear what was needed to be done…they assured me it would be done at appointment.. office is a Money Grab.. they over book there appointments and it took 12 times to do X-RAYS!! And kept me waiting for a hour just ..for Dentist to ask me to come back to have what I was there for..so they can get extra$$$

Not a fan of how they require half payment due at time of scheduling. Had a cleaning today and my son had an emergency and had to be checked out early. Son was not allowed to go back with me so they canceled my appointment. The earliest they could reschedule was June... But when I mentioned I was supposed to be getting a filling scheduled today magically somehow she had room to fit me in January... Didn't offer to put me on a cancellation list for the cleaning either.

Just an overall lack of empathy torward the situation. My son is 8 yrs old btw.. old enough to behave and sit still so there was no reason he couldn't just sit with me while I get my cleaning. Or sit somewhere safe while I get my cleaning. But I felt like I was being punished for calling in. I know they have alot of bookings but 6 months for a cleaning?! That's absurd... Esp considering I got this cleaning appointment just a couple of weeks ago but now it's booked 6 months out? Also, if they try to charge me a cancellation fee for this I will coming back to change my review even lower.

I was referred to this clinic location by my own clinic, due to a root canal. Dr Crawford was exceptional & his assistants were kind. The music was loud in the front waiting room, which isn’t always pleasant, if you’re nervous or pre-medicated. The clinic is sub-divided & the area that I was treated in, small. But that is not a deterrent, just an observation.
