I recently moved back to Pensacola after living out of state for 16 years. From the moment I arrived for the consultation, I was treated with kindness and respect. It was as if I new the staff my entire life. A few weeks after my initial appointment, I broke a tooth and I was seen very soon after calling in. I was given a comprehensive evaluation and a reasonable esitmate for services. Dr. Guthrie treated me immediately and was very patient and understanding during the procedure. I appreciate the kind and caring atmosphere of this office and would highly recommend it, especially to people with dental anxiety.

Comfort Dental is the BEST dentist office....Period!!! I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist but they made me more than comfortable and never left my side! Dr. Mercke is a gentle as they come but showed her muscle pulling my stubborn tooth. They make me actually want to go back 😉

They are awesome! They managed to fit me in quickly when every other dentist office was telling me there was a month waiting time. They were friendly, sincere, and caring about my pain. Office visits were very efficient. Dr. Vasquez and staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Excellent service!

I’ve been coming here for a while I drive hour and a half just to be at this location the team is great the care is phenomenal worth the drive, if you want real comfort and to be comfortable during our times this is your place👍

The costumer service is terrible. I came in for my first visit and they printed out a treatment plan with one price and when I called to schedule they completely changed it. Maybe they need to work on communication skills. I also took my son in for his cleaning. He’s 5. They told me I could come back, then asked me to leave. I told them I wasn’t comfortable leaving him. So they said they were just going to take him for x rays. I waited a while and when they came back to get me they said he has already had his cleaning. So I didn’t get to meet this person that cleaned my child’s teeth alone and it made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that the employees are extremely rude. The girl at the front was condescending. They offered no help. Wouldn’t give me a referral for a second opinion because they don’t want to help anyone out with a second opinion. They think they aren’t wrong. Would NEVER recommend.

Great and professional staff, Dr. Guthrie is the best! Clean, easy to locate office that offers pretty much anything you would need related to teeth. They give you a print out that shows the pricing on everything you want/need done, with the order you should go in when getting the work done. I will definitely be back and have already recommended Comfort Dental to others.

I was so impressed. I called on a Friday as I was looking for a oral surgeon. I obtained my appointment on the following Monday. The accepted the XRays of my personal dentist. The oral surgeon went above and beyond to make me comfortable. She not.only did the consult but extracted my two teeth the same day. I had little to know pain with them procedure . Dr. Merke was amazing. THANK YOU
