Please if you plan on having dental work done here, go get a second opinion, especially if you are having implants done. GET A SECOND OPINION!!!

Dr Hamarnah wasn't lying when he said that he knew what he was doing. I had my two upper wisdom teeth one which was impacted removed and also the 2 molars beside them. I didn't feel anything and he was fast.

The front desk staff and the woman manager Feda there were so polite. In all my years of visiting dental offices this one has to be the most pleasant ive visited. Kudos to the ladies there. Ill be sure to send more your way 😁

The best place in Winter Haven for dental work! The staff are very knowledgeable with insurance issues and are extremely courteous. My hygienist Kim is the best and is even nice when I don't floss enough! Highly recommended!!!

my mom, cousin and aunt have come hear for a couple of years now and today a lady from the counter told my mom that she can’t bring the whole family anymore or else they will cancel our appointment. my cousin just had an appointment as well and my aunt was waiting with my mom. there weren’t a lot of people there. the lady said it can only be me and my mom. but she has 2 other small children and she can’t leave them. we’ve been treated wrong just because were hispanics, if it was a white person they wouldn’t have a problem. just so disrespectful, my mom told the lady don’t worry we’ll look for another dentist and she gave a smirk and said OKAY someone please fire this woman.

Great service and wonderful staff. My husband and I are snowbirds, starting this year. We needed a Dentist while here in Florida. Winter Haven dental is who we choose and are so glad we did.

I’ve been going to WH dental for a few years now and have never had a poor experience. The dr and staff never fail to make me feel warm and welcomed. They througly explain any procedure I need done before hand, and always make sure I’m completely comfortable before they do anything. I love everyone at winter haven dental!

This office and the people who work up front are like family. I have been coming here for years and have never had any issues. The front desk ladies are the best!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ive been going here for around 2 years now and I've had nothing but problems with this office. They seem very unorganized. They had to do ex-rays 2 different times for the same tooth, thats 2 different appointments. When I was told im having surgery on the second appointment, i showed up and they ex-rayed me again and sent me home. Then the third appointment for the same tooth I showed up thinking again im having my surgery and Fifi with her prison guard attitude said she charged me $75 for missing my appointment. I did not miss my appointment and i was there on time. She argued with me about it in front of other patients. So I said loud and clear i will never come here again and me and my wife left. Fifi called my cell phone 3 times back to back as we were driving home. Seems a bit childish... She did not leave a message. This is not the only issue I have had with them.. I had 6 other teeth worked on by them. The dentist complained to his assistant infront of me about being booked to do six fillings in one sitting. He seemed a bit frustrated. 12 Shots in my gums that hurt like hell as he forced the full shot of Novocaine into my gums. He couldnt even get the shots right. So i just took the pain as he drilled on my teeth. He did not do a good job on my fillings either. I went to a five star dental office and paid for a $280 full mouth examination and discovered two of the six fillings he did had cavities under the fillings. it had only been 3 months since those six fillings. I can if requested by any of you readers send you my dental ex-rays and photos showing proof he did not do a good job. Look me up on facebook Tommy Trenton Jr. Going back to my first time in their office, Fifi saw my unique expensive wedding ring and bragged about and showed me her huge expensive wedding ring claiming she might be working on the next one because the current one isan't working out... Professional and classy yeah! After two years of bad vibes here I decided to never go back to Winter Haven Dental again and write this review for others to see. If you want great service and professional work do not go here... Google 5 star dental offices in your area!

Everyone here have been very helpful and professional. Ms Fefe was very kind and helpful. She explained the services I was getting done and took the time to help me to understand the best options. Thank you to the front desk for your professionalism.
