For about three years I have waited to have my two front teeth crowned and my smile restored . I am a 28 year old female so u can image how important ur smile is ... from the ladies at the desk to the assistant s rite down to the dentist s I was treated like family . Every step of the way I was informed and educated about my options and I was handled with kindness and care And in a very quick manner. It meant so much to me to see these people working hard to accommodate my situation and make sure I was comfortable .. they were going to make sure I left with a confident beautiful smile and that is precisely what They did ! I recently visited Winter Haven Dental for 3 sets of fillings. I had an appointment for all three of my visits and I did not wait long at all. Each of my visits were all delightful. My help included Dr. Lue Yen, Kat, and Maria. They were all entertaining, and funny. I was pretty memorable as I am a female wrestler and they were taken my muscular physique. They were all very helpful and informed me that I have cavities in between my teeth which means I need to floss more and they suggested fluoride toothpaste. In addition, I was told that my habit of eating ice is bad for my teeth in the long run and it can cause cracks in my teeth that will eventually cause them to break. I received a referral to get my wisdom teeth removed. I enjoyed Winter Haven Dental and recommend everyone who needs a check up to visit ; they accept multiple forms of payment including Medicaid. 😁

Needed my mom's appointment rescheduled and the staff was courteous and flexible. Fefe, the office manager was amazing! She went out of her way helping us sort out my mom's care and provided useful insight. In addition, she worked diligently to get my mom the most beneficial coverages. Excellent!

I had a filling put in today by Dr. Hamarnah and Latrice. I braced myself for the injection but to my surprise there was no pain, then Dr. Hamarnah matched my tooth color so perfectly the filling is invisible!
Dr. Hamarnah is a skillful dentist and so very kind.

All the girls in the office are so wonderful to work with. They do everything they can to help you with your insurance and finances. Most friendly staff! Love Dr Russell Hamarnah. Very professional and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He trys to help you in any way that he can. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I had the best experience at Winter Haven Dental. I am new to the area and was terrified of dentists until I came to Dr. Hamarnah and his amazing team! I have tried many dentists before and always left in tears. Dr. Hamarnah was very patient with me and explained what needed to be done and made me feel extremely comfortable. The entire experience was not only pleasant but actually fun! Dr. Hamarnah is very gentle and I didn't feel a thing. His dental hygienist, Maria, is awesome. I absolutely love Winter Haven Dental. The staff is GREAT!!!!! Fefe, Nicole, and Myra are the best. And my hygienist Maria, I would travel out of state for. Always a great experience.

I love this place everything from front desk up to doctors!! Feda, the office manager, is committed to making it the best experience you can have when going to the dentist. My son needed an extraction urgently, got an appt ASAP!! My child’s experience was great, no complains on his end. Dr. Hamarnah is an amazing dentist, who knows exactly what he’s doing!!

This Dentist office is Amazing! Everyone from the Dentist, Dr. Giroux, to the office staff are very helpful, kind and generous with their time. They really know how to treat their clients, like family. Feda was so sweet and knowledgeable and patiently helped me thru the entire process and recommended Maria for a deep cleaning. It was a two day process but Maria made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the process answering any questions that I had while being extremely professional and meticulous with my cleaning and giving me some expert advice about my Dental Hygiene. I have known Kim for over 25 years and she has always been Awesome! I would highly recommend Winter Haven Dental to all of my family and friends.

I recently had some dental work done at your office. I just wanted to let you all know what a fantastic job you guys did. The dentist was just a wonderful person and took care of all my concerns and questions, even ones I didn't have and the manager there, she was so nice, professional and was on top of things and so was the staff, they were friendly and warm.
