Office staff took care of minor hiccup and seem to be genuinely interested in helping their clients. Fifi, the office manager is very kind and went above and beyond for my husband and I. Looking forward to more pleasant visits in the future. Do not hesitate to come here, they will make it right!

Very friendly! Dr.Russel hamarnah is best in central florida!! He can pop out teeth in seconds, staff very friendly..im going back for dentures in few weeks, only dr i trust in my mouth... He even responds to emails early in day or late evening.

Ask for Maria.Maria is the definition of passionate. I haven’t been to the dentist in like 16 years since I was a child I was extremely nervous and anxious. My gums were swollen Beyond imagination I had 3 infections. She took her time was very patient with me, she was Soo excited to clean my teeth I low key thought she was acting lol. I was expecting the exact opposite beacuse of my condition but I was wrong ALOT.She literally saved my teeth I can’t put into words how loving and caring she is. I didn’t feel like just another number or patient. Maria deserves a raise or some kind of high Recognition for her services seriously. The office staff is nice as well but Maria is where it’s at.

I went there to have a check up it came out I needed a crown they say when I didn’t have no pain when I ate or drank something cold or hot then knowing i needed a root canal with a crown they said no you only need a crown after I had the the crown done in a week I went back complaining my tooth heart and can’t eat on that side and swollen as well they gave me medication for 2 weeks I had to pay for them when I go back now they Tell me you need a root canal and it can’t be done here I will recommend someone in the same building so after paying 350.00 for the crown they want to charge 600.00 for the root canal please save your time and money. There reviewes are people that work there as well they family members that take they time to write them so like I said look around for a better dentist and I pray you won’t be the next writing a review from your bad experience.

Went in for a chipped tooth. No other xray was taken, they wanted to use the xray from TWO YEARS AGO! Other than that, the Dr was great but HORRIBLE office management. The office manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. My family will not be back unfortunately due to lack of patient care especially from a “team” member that’s supposed to play an extremely important part in the dental field. If you’re looking for a welcoming office, stay clear from this office

Called in for appointment. Person who was "appointment setter" was very rude and short with me because I didn't have my insurance number off hand. I stated "give me a second" was told to call back even thought I had the number before she hung up on me. While calling back 2 seconds after she hung up on me. All she really stated is that there "will be cancellation fee, if not canceled 48 hours before appointment". Extremely rude to have someone with this type of attitude towards potential patients representing your practice with this many positive reviews

I visited for the first time today and I feel very happy and satisfied with the attention, treatment and services that they privided to me. Nice and clean place.
All staff are very polite, gently and kindness.
I highly recommeded this dental office to any one that enjoy peace and quite and mostly when we have to go to see the dental doctor.

My dad had a lot of work done here this past Thursday and let me tell you the Doctor is wonderful. He went above and beyond!! The office manager is a blessing. She also goes above and beyond to help the patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

The first time I was in I waited 1 hour past my appointment to be seen, but because the actual dental team was so professional that I decided to make an appt for my wife too before I left. The second appt was a disaster. There was a receptionist who refused to give her name that called 10 min prior (when I was in route to the office) and cancelled my appt. She said that I should have answered the phone at work and verbally confirmed. Hard to do when your a massage therapist in the middle of back to back treatments. The unnamed "office manager" gave me an appt for 2 hours later when I no longer had child care. The dental hygienist was very nice and told me that the receptionist was a known issue but because she was friends with the Dr, she was allowed to treat patients and staff horribly and to try to ignore her. On my way out the door, the receptionist called me back inside to let me know that she would be submitting my referral and I can't bring children. I said of course, as long as you don't cancel my appt 10 min prior we won't have that issue. My voicemail did not state they were going to cancel . She then said that I was no longer welcome in the office as a patient. I don't know Dr. Russell but I will make sure that everyone I speak to knows about this experience, he seems to have quite a problem on his hands if this lady who refused to give her name is running things.
