Amazing dental office with wonderful staff! Highly recommend Winter Haven Dental! DMD. Russel Hamarnah and his office manager Fefe were both remarkable. Affordable prices and beyond great teamwork. Every member of staff were very awesome and kind. They operate like a family. I will be going back myself.

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would! The dentist was so rude to me!!! I came in for help I wanted to get my teeth fixed and he had the audacity to ask me how I can afford tattoos but not afford to get my teeth fixed!! Money was never the issue I was there for help and was willing to pay whatever it cost to get my teeth fixed! How about be nice and educate your patients and not belittle them for not coming in a lot sooner! My teeth weren’t even as bad as he was making them out to be! Don’t recommend this place at all if you want a great dentist who are professional and actually helpful go to peak dental in bartow this place is trash!!!

This is by far one of the best dental office I have ever been to! Exceptional customer service, compassionate, caring, focused and professional. I received a marvelous teeth cleaning by the sweetest and talented dental hygienist Maria. The Dental Doctor is amazing; he is genuine, experienced, and adept. I am grateful I was able to receive dental care from this practice and would persuade and invite any to everyone to experience the joy of sustaining a healthy mouth. I give this practice a 10 out of 10. Someone who was once terrified of the dental now feel comfortable to maintain a healthy smile and healthy gums and teeth. I have Maria and this dental team to thank for that. Thank you Winter Haven Dental, I appreciate your phenomenal standard of care.

I was a little scared to get hurt during my cleaning, (Previous experiences), but when I met Maria, she made me feel better instantly. I told her where my sensitivity was, she highlighted the points and started my cleaning. Not only that she did An awesome job with the cleaning, but also my sensitivity was gone. I did not feel a thing, she gave me some extra points and made my six month appointment right after the cleaning. If you had a bad experience in the past, I highly recommended Maria for your cleaning, she was excellent.

The entire staff is very friendly and professional at Winter Haven Dental. I think my hygienist, Kim, is simply wonderful. I can honestly say she is the best hygienist I have ever had. Dr Hamarnah did a fabulous job on my crowns. He is very gentle and caring - making sure his patients are comfortable. His assistants take every opportunity to make the treatment a good experience. The office staff and office manager do a great job to make sure things run smoothly. Winter Haven Dental earns 5 stars!!

Gave them one star because I cannot do negative 0. I schedule an app with them, I have two medical insurances one of them is through Obama Care, when I called I schedule my app with this one and I needed to reschedule because of my job they gave me an app 6 months far out which I cannot wait for it. Called back again now with my insurance from my job, they were able able to schedule two days out. It seems they have preferences depending on the insurance you have and not base on your needs. I ended up canceling the appointments because when I asked why I cannot get mine sooner If they actually have space, she was very rude and asked me what was the rush, and then said what is your problem are you in pain? I said no but I have some cavities that needs attention, she said ok you have to wait. Previous time that I called another person told me to call my provider and go to another dentist. So they don’t care about your health just about how then Can bank from your insurance.

This review is for the Office Manager, I think her name is Fifi, she is very RUDE and sarcastic person. I spoke with her weeks ago over the phone about my dad’s treatment plan and she mentioned that Medicare only covers part of it. I told her that we didn’t have all the money to start and she don’t even let me finish my sentence and told me “ Have a good day and hang off the phone”. Obviously she just care about peoples money and charge the insurance company’s.
Yesterday I took my dad for his cleaning appointment, he is 84th years old with Alzheimer’s, and don’t drive. I know there is a COVID policy that visitors can’t go in the rooms with the patients and I completely understand. She was at the front desk and told me that I have to leave the office because I can’t wait for my dad in the waiting room, then she saw my mom and told me “Ohh you brought the WHOLE family”. It was just me and my mom, not my whole family. I don’t have complaints for the rest of the staff that work there, everybody else seems profesional and kind. The lady that took care my dad yesterday was very nice too. But unfortunately the manager doesn’t have those skills and I’m sure that she is just making the patients leave.

Have used this dentist for 6 years,last cleaning my co pay jumped 500 percent,when I refused it,they then offered to cut in in half,only 250 percent more...I don't understand why it's like negotiating to buy a used car...also they are charging 20 percent in fees when you don't pay surprise bills you get after you think you have payed in full...It is sad,and horrible to end a medical relationship due to predatory bill practices.

Wonderful place and staff. Fefe and Myra were super helpful and patient with all of my phone calls, questions and concerns. I had a root canal in Texas that was a horrible experience and service, my crown fell off. Winter haven dental was able to fix this issue. Diamond was wonderful. Don’t believe the negative reviews. THANK YOU!!!!

As a new patient, when I called to schedule my appointment the insurance coordinator took my dental insurance and surprisingly she was able to verify and schedule same day. After seeing Dr. Hamarmah and the hygienist, Kim who were both gentle to the touch. saw me, the Practice Manager came in to go over the treatment plan with me. CeCe or maybe it’s Fefe, stated that I only needed a filling, which made my pocket happy knowing I don’t have to get a loan for excessive dental treatment since it’s been years.... the dentist was kind enough to do treatment same day. See you all in 6 months for my second cleaning! I’m looking forward to it! Highly recommend this place. After reading some of these negative reviews and experiencing WHD for myself-I highly doubt the negative reviews are legit, especially when some of them gave bad reviews to Mc’Donalds/Burger King. Smh! I’m not one to write reviews, however, if you’re that good.... I MUST TELL EVERYONE!
