Winter Haven Dental

I have been in the Dental field for over 30 years. This office is extremely professional and organized and honest. They will only do what needs to be done and will not force you into anything. All your questions are answered and they are on point with estimating your portion versus what the insurance will pay so there are no surprises. (Keep in mind insurance companies will try not to pay and this office will fight on your behalf). Dr. Hamarnah and his assistant work extremely well together and make you feel at ease. You may have a bit of wait but then again all good things are worth waiting for. Especially if it is for a provider that cares about his patients and his work.

The actual dentist as well as their dental staff are amazing always friendly always smiling always there to help. unfortunately I will not be returning do to I'm assuming she's their office manager. She is very rude and unprofessional I understand that I miss my appointment today I did forget about it stated that they tried to call and text but I never received a text to confirm today's appointment also the last time I called a couple days in advance to move my appointment due to a work issue. But to be treated the way I was very unprofessional,

Terrible experience with the staff, aside from the assistant, she was amazing. The dentist, before ever looking at my teeth told me, "you're going to have to spend a lot of money on these," and "you're just going to have to have them all pulled," a lovely bedside manner, wouldn't you agree? And then upon speaking finances, the receptionist was extremely rude when I wished to have my financial advisor on the phone, telling me it was a confidentiality issue, but never inquiring about the special needs that I had with the numbers. I was then refused MY x-rays until I explained that I knew by law, they couldn't withhold them from me. The attitude of the woman talking to me was condescending and frankly, quite rude. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. They're only nice if you don't have questions.

I cannot express how amazing Dr. Hamarnah and his entire staff are! From the moment I called with severe pain, they were so sweet, caring and beyond helpful! They got me in almost immediately, and by the end of that appointment, I had my xrays, plan of care and he was even able to start my work the same day! I had a couple of problems during my treatment, (all my own body, not his work or fault) and they got me right in and addressed my issues and fixed them! Dr. Hamarnah is dentist of the year for very good reason! Hands down, the best dentist I've ever had!! I would also like to say that the office manager, Fefe, was beyond helpful, patient, kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and happy with my smile! Everyone in this office was exceptional!

My mom has had terrible experiences in the past with dental work. She was taken care of here not only by Dr Hamarnah but also the hygienist. Thanks for the great work and taking great care of me and my family!

Don't came to that place. The person in the front is so rude, and racist too. Plus crazy expensive, basically they not accept any insurance plans. I have 2 and they not accept it. They not treat you like the same to others.

First visit at WH Dental! Maria the hygienist was fantastic!!! I highly recommend! Very friendly, great job with cleaning my teeth and very personable! The Dr was also very personable and went above and beyond when addressing some issues!

Dr. Hamarnah and his staff are some of the best professionals in dentistry services I've ever experienced.... and I've been to many offices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! The customer service is exceptional with a friendly, helpful staff throughout the entire process. From the time you walk into the offices, with a welcome greeting, to the time you leave, you feel like your care is the #1 priority for them.
I was extremely nervous on my visit to the office due to some previous negative dental experiences elsewhere. Dr. Hamarnah and his staff were so reassuring that I was able to relax throughout my treatment. The injection was PAINLESS... I was amazed by this skill!!

They have displayed exceptional customer service and were so great with my daughter who was in pain. She looks forward to her visits and I am extremely happy we found this dental office, it was a blessing. The ladies we encountered were all awesome and super helpful. I will be coming here with my other kids too and would definitely recommend the Winter Haven Dental. My experiences are wonderful and I would rate 10 stars if I could. I have my bottom wisdom tooth taken out. I cannot believe how fast this was done. It was totally pain-free. The staff was very caring and took excellent care of me thru the entire process . Thank you Dr. Hamarnah and staff . Much love
