I loved da place but one day I walks in 4 a appointment & they tell me they don't take staywell nomo & they the only dentist I know and go to so now my teeth is breaking & dirty

This place has the most unprofessional front desk staff. There are plenty of dentist offices in Winter Haven and this is not the one you want to go to.

I was amazed by how fast the doctor removed my wisdom teeth.. NO PAIN AT ALL.. Wonderful job guys! If I could give 10stars I would.. The staff were very friendly!

Sorry but first off the girl who works with the medicaid fema or whatever is very rude and i was pregnant at the time ... she was only nice to me my last time there... i also didn't appreciate the conversation the dentist was having with a worker i will not even mention the things he was saying..also he don't warn about giving you the shots and he trys to hurry with his patients trust me because when they did mine he said wow that's the quickest we have done them and high fived the lady working with him...came in from over a hour away because i was sent here to get a missing tooth a tooth in its place but no he does 5 root canals and crowns on the teeth next to it and did nothing with that tooth so i scheduled a appointment to get that tooth done and after driving a hour he don't even sit me in his room he goes oh its u ya i can't do anything ur going to have to go get a implant done here's a refrence and sent me on my way so I'm still without a tooth because my medicaid was up and now i moved out of state and am getting it done here... worst experience ever but i give 5☆☆☆☆☆ to the girl who did my teeth cleaning she was very kind and nice and agreed with some of the things I shared with her.

Very friendly had 4 extractions done yesterday had bone fragments that wouldn't come out came in today and they took care of me right away thank you so much i would definitely recommend this place to anyone
