Winter Haven Dental

The office manager as she calls herself is very rude. I walked inside with my son and she rudely says I'm going to have to reschedule your appointment because kids aren't allowed even though I had somebody going to sit in the waiting room with him. And i said dont worry ill leave and not come back then she says she would have to charge me because the doctor was waiting. But what was the difference in you rescheduling it? The doctor wasnt waiting then? Dumb. She Said its an osha rule but no other dentist says that. And if that's so maybe you should put a sign up. But I won't be back and I will be calling somebody higher up

I have always disliked going to the dentist and was extremely apprehensive about having to go to have a tooth extracted. This was, by far, the best dental experience of my life. Kat and Dr. Hamarnah did an excellent job. They had my tooth out in seconds and with no pain. It was my first enjoyable experience at a dentist office. I will be back. If I could give them ten stars, I would. If you are looking for an exceptional dental office, look no further than Winter Haven Dental.

I’m a new patient and my appointment with maria the hygienist was great! The Front staff was able to get me in within the month and the OM went over my treatment and explained everything to me. I’ve scheduled and I’m very excited to begin treatment. 😊

Doctor's are great! The associates on the other half are horrible not all just certain ones very rude and unprofessional!! One of the lady's in the front desk Complaining about my daughter being loud and not to make a mess because "she had to clean it!" like i said RUDE! My daughter is a year old baby's will be baby's !!!! This would be a nice place if they hire the right PROFESSIONAL associates !!!

Absolutely love this place. Dr is very nice and staff is wonderful as well. I normally hate going to the dentist but the Dr makes it a pleasant experience. He goes above and beyond to help and make sure you are okay!!! Will never go anywhere else and I refer everyone to him!

Absolutely a great staff, friendly ladies up front (Feda is the best) and always willing to help. Short notice, no problem. Great dentists, great hygienists and assistants. Maria rocks. Would recommend to anyone.

Anyone who would complain about this office may be having a bad day themselves. Everyone there is consistenly friendly and professional. I am a minority myself and have never been mistreated or treated differently. The office manager is helpful with my many questions and her sense of humor honestly keeps me coming back! Makes going to the dentist a pleasureable experience.

After being told to come in and pay for my apt or else it couldn’t be scheduled I came in. Then I was told appointments are only to be made over the phone, when I explained they rolled their eyes and had me sit in the waiting room until they felt like dealing with me (I watched) When they finally decide to take care of me they tell me there are no apts available for over a month and a half. Waste of my time. Ive been a patient here for a while, and I’ve always hated it. I guess its a dentist thing 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am so nervous to go see a dentist, and if you have the same problem, this is the place for you the dentist was quick and gentle with the procedure. And to top it off Mrs Joan that is his assistant made me feel very comfortable was completely understanding she there the whole time beside me it was the best experience that I have ever had going to a dentist in my life and I'm 37 years old thank you so much Winter Haven Dental I will be back and highly recommend you to anybody thank you so much
