I called for an extraction and they had no openings... Nicole called me back within 15 minutes to tell me there was a cancellation... When I got there EVERYONE Was Great ! Joan & Dr.Yen were very gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend them to anyone . Thank You Again !

Great Dentist & Staff . I was shopping around for a family dentist . Dr. Hibner was recommended by a friend whose family had been treated by Dr. Hibner - the whole family - adults & kids loved Dr . H . I had 2 partial s done - fantastic results . Everyone in the office is friendly yet professional . Very reasonable costs . I'd give them 6 stars with I could . Respectfully - Guy Joyce .

BEWARE of this practice and Dentist !! I am using a fake name because they scared me. They tried to get me to take out thousands of dollars in loans for implants that this dentist tried to talk me into doing himself. I already had an oral surgeon.I just went to this Dentist for the crown to be applied after I had the implant. I was treated very rudely by the staff and the practice manager pressured me to get thousands of dollars from someone in my family, when I was not approved for the loans. There is some kind of scam going on here, because when I called Dentaquest, they told me that the procedures they wanted to do— bone grafts—-were not medically necessary. I never went back. I was frightened that there was some kind of organized crime ring that this Dentist belonged to. And his practice manager is involved, too. The dentist put his hands on me and kept rubbing my shoulders. It was creepy. I did some research on him. He was sued for one hundred thousand dollars in Orange County Court, for malpractice. He heavily sedated a patient, then pulled out all their teeth without their consent. The staff “ forged” the signature of the patient. Also, the doctor changed his name in court. Stay away !! I was warned by a woman outside before I first went into the office. I thought about reporting this doctor and practice to the State Dental Board, but I’m too afraid. I did tell someone about this at Dentaquest, but I did not make a formal complaint. Most of the reviews for this dentist— the good ones—-are fake reviews written by the staff. They do this every day to bury the bad ones so you don’t see them. Read some of the reviews that were only given one star.

By far the best dental office I have ever visited!!! Staff is awesome, everyone was so nice and helpful! Very clean rooms as well. I just felt right at home will definitely be referring all my friends and family! ❤❤❤❤ also a huge thank you to office manager FeFe

Jeff and I have NEVER been anything but pleased with the professionalism, the quality of staff, the exceptional treatment we have received. We began with Dr. Carroll 20 years ago and chose to remain when Dr. Hamarnah took over the practice. That is one of the best decisions we ever made. Rest well in the knowledge of the type of person you are and the work and people who are a part of Winter Haven Dental. ❤️

At first glance on his website, I thought Dr. Hamarnah would be a bit of a stuffy grouch. WRONG! He and his staff are wonderful! I had a implant bridge work done on my upper front teeth and you can't tell they are not my own. Color correct and superb work. I recommend them whole-heartedly!

I have been going to Winterhaven dental for over 30 years now my children also go and I am so pleased with all the services that they provide my son recently had several teeth worked on and the whole staff was extremely helpful with my son and with my financial situation I appreciate every single person that I have come in contact with they are extremely nice and I would recommend them to anyone.

This dentist office manager is very rude and perhaps prejudice. She talked so rudely to me when she found out i had medicaid. Nobody should demean another person because their circumstances are different than another person. The office manager and i argued on the phone for at least 30 minutes. I even reported their office to the medicaid administration office. I dont recommend anyone of color to go to this office if you have insurance that is medicaid.

I would've given them a 0. I will definitely not come back or recommend this place to anyone. This location is a joke. Their rude and unprofessional. The day of my extractions was horrible. The doctor was rushing to go have lunch with the office manager. The office manager is rude to patients and if it wasn't for them she wouldn't have business. I SAW HER TREAT AND TALK TO PATIENTS LIKE IF THEY WEREN'T PEOPLE. UNTIL SHE GETS THE WRONG PERSON. DON'T GO HERE BETTER OF GOING TO ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE. DON'T BOTHER RESPONDING SINCE THE OFFICE EVEN WRITES THE REVIEWS.
