I went to Winter Haven Dental to do a dental cleaning and check if everything was ok. Kim was the hygienist and I had a great experience with her. She is the most caring, professional and sweet person! I'm so happy with the results, my teeth are so clean and amazing. I will come back and recommend the place to all my friends.

I had a great experience with the dental hygienist! I had a terrible stain on my front tooth and no tooth cleaning has ever removed it like she did. I am so happy and my teeth feel so clean and amazing. Always going back to her without a doubt.

I had an amazing experience at Winter Haven Dental. The staff here are so friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting two very amazing women there Mrs. FeFe and Mrs. Mayra. These two ladies sat and talked to me through my embarrassment for my lack of dental care. They talked to me with respect and like a friend vs. a patient. They were very caring and they will never understand how much that means to me. The dentist was very kind as well, he was very fast when it came to my extractions. I am having no difficulties so far and my healing is doing very good. There were two other dental assistances that day who helped me with my after care instructions, setting up my appointment and getting my meds sent over to my pharmacist right away who I did not get their names but were amazing as well. This dental office is filled with amazing people who really take pride in their work and really create a family feeling while you are there. I highly recommend having your dental needs taken care of here. Thank you everyone at Winter Haven Dental, you are a blessing. I pray your business continues to grow successfully. Amazing Office! I called early on a Friday morning, right before labor day weekend, for my boyfriend who was having a dental emergency and he needed his tooth extracted immediately before going to work that following week. All the other offices I called couldn’t see him on short notice or would see him but wouldn’t do same day extractions. Well, the sweet receptionist understood the severity of his pain and fit us in immediately. We got there, filled out paper work, and got his tooth extracted within the hour! And he raved about how painless and fast the extraction was. Everyone in the office was so sweet and helpful and very funny. I would definitely recommend this dental office! Thank you guys for the amazing experience.

From the receptionist to the Doctor, I was treated with much kindness, care and respect. I was in extremely horrible pain and needed my tooth out immediately. They scheduled and for me in within a matter of 30 minutes the same day. Talk about wonderful service! From the staff to the doctor, I can’t say enough.

I have bad anxiety and literally would let my teeth get so bad, before actually getting them fixed.
Dr.Russell is different. He is like a father to me. He isn’t in the market to rip you off he legit actually cares about how you feel after each appointment. He’s so sweet, he’s so understanding and makes my anxiety so much less.
His staff-
Fefe and I know I have a strong personality but so does she. But you really need to listen to her she actually is trying to help. She’s caring and understandable. She is pretty straight to the point but again strong female personality!
I’m glad that this office is always one call away from me achieving the best choices for my dental work.
