For years I've been terrified of dentists because of issues in my childhood and untrained "dentists". Dr seretis at Aspen dental changed that for me! I had a chip in my front tooth, leaving no choice to see a dentist. the team from first walking in, to the dentist, was nice, friendly, safe, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Not only did i not feel any pain, but it was quick! So i made another appt to get the teeth I've been neglecting for years finally taken care of. I actually enjoy going now! Recommended 110%!!

Welcoming employees with a smile on their face. Everyone seemed to be in sync with what is going on around them. It was a very pleasant experience compared to when I would go to the dentist as a kid. They explained to me everything that was going to happen and gave me an overview of what I can do to better my gums/teeth/smile!

I was on a waiting list to get my infected tooth out. After waiting nearly a month aspen fit me in the same day I called no questions asked! The dr and staff were amazing! They worked with me financially and were very supportive of my ugly crying from pain. Will definitely be back :)

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Stay as far away from this place as possible for any procedures. Two counts of malpractice in my family during our procedures. They gave me too much anesthesia when I had wisdom teeth removed, sat in wheelchair in a back room while I vomited uncontrollably all over myself, and then wheeled me out the back door while still puking to get me out of the office and into my mom's car. I couldn't even open my own eyelids for about three hours after surgery, even though I was alert and awake I had no control over my body at all and coughed up blood clots that I had aspirated for two months. We spoke to corporate and I just asked that the team that did my surgery be removed so no one has to go through what I faced. Then, my younger brother almost died and had to be rushed to the ER after the on call dentist never called us back because he was losing so much blood from his mouth that he went into shock. They had the AUDACITY to tell us that this was his own fault "because he probably has poor diet" and that "this happens all the time". So if you don't want to come close to death when you have to have a tooth pulled, I WOULD NEVER recommend. This was the Orland location and the Bourbonnais location. End of story- if you see the name Aspen Dental, RUN. I cannot express how horrible this place is.

I avoided going to the dentist for a LONG time due to bad past experiences. Aspen Dental in Bourbonnais, IL has been great. All members of their team are professional and have made getting work done as enjoyable as getting dental work done can be :-)

The entire experience was amazing they made me feel comfortable both from a pain management and anxiety standpoint. I had three teeth pulled and a descaling. The whole process was quick and easy and pain free. Thank you team bourbonnais!!

The staff and service was ok. However, I am only giving 1 star because of a bill I received nearly a year after services were rendered. I was given a total price for all services before proceeding with any procedures. I paid in full that day. This was after Aspen figured everything out through my insurance. Today I got a letter from computer credit inc because my account was sent to them for collections. The amount.... $87! Any company that will attempt to harm a persons credit over $87 does not deserve our business. The balance has been paid and I will never recommend Aspen to anybody in the future.

The entire staff was Incredible! I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 8 years and worried it would be an awful experience no matter where I went. I'm extremely glad I chose Aspen Dental in Bourbonnais. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable from start to finish. I would highly recommend going here for any dental needs!

Very friendly staff. I'm not a fan of dental offices in general but they made my visit as pleasurable as possible. From the front desk to the dentist himself I was very impressed. Would recommend them to every one
