Friendly service, receptionist and staff. I was in and out in a timely matter. I would recommend this location for dental care.

Waited an hour past my schuduled time. The doctor was very rude and rushed thru the procedure, I was put on anesthesia and then quickly rushed out of the room being forced to stand up and walk to the car without even fully being awake. The doctor was rude and harsh putting the iv in then blamed me for messing up the first needle when the whole set up was not put together right. I paid lots of $$$ to be treated very poorly not to mention I had to drive an hour away just for this appointment. They also refused to let me keep MY TEETH!

The staff are so welcoming and really get to know you. They greet me by name everytime, make conve6, and make me comfortable. Super gentle and get the job done well and quick! I also don't get scolded or lectured like a lot of dentists do! 😁 They will work with you on scheduling, payments, ect. Overall a great place. If you're one to dread going to the dentist, this place is for you.

I went into Aspen Dental for an Invisalign consultation and was incredibly pleased with the experience. Every person I met with was sweet and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer any questions I had and made me feel genuinely cared for. The scan that they did for my teeth was so helpful for me to see why straightening my teeth is important for the long term health of my mouth, not just for cosmetic reasons. Going in skeptical about the potential service I came out excited about Invisalign. Many of the girls had Invisalign before and happily shared their positive experiences. I would highly recommend this office for anyone considering Invisalign.

This place is the worst. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if you still wait over a half hour to be seen? My first visit, which only included xrays, gum check, and cavity check, took slightly over two hours. Ridiculous. My second visit, which included the cleaning that I thought would happen during the first visit... I waited for over a half hour before even being seen. Why schedule an appointment? Don't come to this dentist.

Talking to the people in billing at this office, AKA Seretis Dental, is like talking to the wall. According to my insurance, my kids claim was submitted incorrectly. I called mutiple times to have them resubmit it correctly as a pediadric and not adult. I never heard from them again, so I figured they resolved the issue. Now, a year later I get a bill from a collections agency. I will pay up all $47 in protest and you will never see me there again. Not worth my time and mental health to fight this further.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Each step of my visit was enjoyable and explained to me. It was a positive experience and I recommend them to anyone looking for dental services.

Service is terrible...they treat you like a number...had my 6 month check up scheduled for Nov 20th this past year and they called me to cancel the week before. Not a big deal at the time. Called today to reschedule and they can't get me in until May, even after I explained the situation. It's Companies like this that think they will always have a healthy stream of customers that won't be around.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Very informative. Everyone spoke and had a smile on their face. I had a great visit with Aspen Dental.
