Always so friendly and welcoming. I have a serious dental fear but they always make me feel so at ease. Always in and out too which is so important to me.

Excellent service and work. Throughout my 24 years I have had a bunch of problems with my teeth. I have been terrified for years to go to the dentist to get a cleaning done let alone anything else. Not here! From a root canal to a couple fillings and a cleaning my experience has been exceptionally good. My dentist and the staff here have taken a lifelong fear from traumatic experiences and washed them all away! I can't thank them enough!

First time going to Aspen Dental. Very little wait until I was called in. Very detailed exam. Was able to get a deep clean done the same day to ease the problems I was having with my gums. A little expensive but gums felt better right away.

So amazing.!!! I had an extremely traumatic experience when I was little and was terrified to be there. The hygienist was AMAZING she helped me through it and talked me through every little step. She was incredible.! I’m going back in about two weeks and I’m still nervous but not overly worried like today.

My second visit to Aspen Dental and the experience was much better. With everything going on, they are understaffed but they did their best. The hygienist did a great service to my teeth. Everyone in the office was welcoming.

I haven’t had a filling in a long time and was told by the doctor I needed a filling. I got the filling done and it was perfectly explained to me step by step on what the dental assistant Paige and doctor lakomy was going to do next. They would ask during the procedure if I was ok to make sure I felt comfortable and I did. Great experience I’ve had in awhile for dental work. Would highly recommend.

I am one of those very very timid people when it comes to the dentist. Put it off for years. Until I was in pain from one tooth. Aspen made me feel more comfortable than any other dentist I’ve ever been too. Did not feel a thing. They set me up on a plan to get back on track. Great place for those who fear the dentist.

Very professional, skilled & well organized. Prep & treatment performed with apparent emphasis on pt. comfort. Knowledgeable and openly informative before & during any/all procedure.

Surprisingly, the billing department was extremely helpful in finding a way to “lower my plan costs”.
I was provided multiple options through loan, insurance or discount plans to allow quality dental care on my fixed income.

I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the same day. The staff is very friendly, technicians are excellent. And I was very impressed with the dentist. They did exactly what was needed with no unnecessary expense.

When receptionist called to confirm my 1st appointment, and after I gave her my insurance name & ID # she replied that she doesn't have the phone number and said I had to give her Delta's phone number before I could come to my appointment.

Finance rep lied to me- accused me of having "gum disease" when my dentist said my teeth and gums look healthy. She was trying to sell me periodontal scaling I dont need. I take care of my teeth & floss every day. She also lied and said "it's the law" that I can't just get a normal cleaning. The nerve to make that up to get more money from customers.

This office is a scam. They have sales people working there with no customer service skills and no ethics among most of them. The best two workers were the X-ray tech and the actual dentist, who were honest, polite, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Too bad they have unethical unappreciative coworkers. I honestly feel bad for them.

Go to a smaller office that cares about patients, services, and their jobs.
