My husband and I both had appointments and this was by far the best experience at a dentist we’ve both ever had. Everyone was super friendly, we got everything done that we needed, and we didn’t have to wait long before being taken back! Megan is amazing!

I had a crown and root canal these past 3 months. Excellent service, attentive and respectful. Plus, they always fit me in right away. Excellent practice.

Overall staff was very nice and the dentist’s were great. Billing on the other hand is horrible. I was told several times my insurance denied my claims for all three procedures I had done. I had brought in their billing statement that they sent me by mail and they told me that it was wrong. They told me the price was more because yet again my insurance denied the claim and that bill was sent to me before my insurance denied my claim so that’s why it was showing a lower billing cost. So then I was pushed into paying said amount that day and pushed into applying for care credit before being able to speak with my insurance company. I got statements from my insurance company showing that they agreed to lower the cost of the procedures which lowered the bill and my insurance did cover part of the claim and my cost was Significantly lowered and a check was sent too them and me. Now I have a significantly high credit care bill that was completely unnecessary and I have not been Reimbursed and they didn’t contact credit care to adjust the bill to have it reduced. It seems they are charging people up front and double dipping to insure they get paid in full before giving the insurance company to time to review the claim but are not quick to adjust or fix the billing cost for the patient. They are very quick to say you’re claim was denied several times and have you pay more then you should have too. Please pay attention to your insurance billing and or call before you go in for any procedure to find out the cost before they over charge you. I would also like to add when I brought us issues of billing too them each time the girl at the front counter had a very unprofessional attitude and would cut me off quickly from talking to say my claim was denied and ended the conversation. The second time I brought up billing to the same young girl because she gave me a three times the cost from last time I paid. She turned to her computer started typing and didn’t say another word too me. She never acknowledged my concerns about my billing. So I just sat down and at that moment decided to just to make some phones calls instead of dealing with young girl who doesn’t care I’m getting over billed. This young woman minutes later finally popped her head up from the front desk to tell me something about my bill. Knowledge is power

This Dental office and Dr. Seretis are the best! Dr. Seretis was my dentist in Schaumburg IL. for about 15 years until the dental partnership, he was in dissolved. Dr. Seretis is very skilled and very conservative and never recommends unneeded dental work. He also accepts all insurances and therefore his prices are extremely reasonable. Dr. Seretis relocated to Bourbonnais, IL. and reopened a failed & closed down Aspen Dental Office. Now this location is booming and has won many awards. I have so much respect for and confidence in Dr. Seretis and the staff that he assembled that I gladly travel 150 miles round trip from Schaumburg for my cleanings & checkups. For me it's a nice "road trip" all on expressways. I am retired so that's not a problem. If you are within traveling distance, they are well worth the trip, they go the "extra mile" for their patients! The Doctors & staff are very professional, and the patients are treated like family. If you are dissatisfied with your present Dentist & high prices, give Dr. Seretis & his staff a visit, you won't be disappointed! Almost forgot, they also have very good prices for people that don't have Dental insurance.

Went here a couple years ago to get a wisdom tooth removed. I had pain for over a week after the procedure went to another dentist to find out they cut part of my gum out when they removed my wisdom tooth and never told me very unprofessional people I would give no stars if i could.

Went there once, never again. Terrible service. They insisted I needed work done, when I went else where to get a second opinion it turns out that wasn't the case. The lack of knowledge here is startling. Save your money and teeth. Go anywhere else.

Be careful ever leaving a 1 star review they will ban you from being a customer. They’re probably going to be sued for it serves them right charging 3x what other dentists do. Will put a wiener in your wallet and your mouth while you’re out.
