I , like most people are not thrilled to visit a dentist. I moved into a new neighborhood and needed to find a new one. I booked the appointment and was greeted by the woman who does the dental x-rays. She was not only professional and efficient with her duties but was also extremely charming. I figured that was a nice change of pace because at most of the offices I've been to, I felt like I was a bother to them. But it didn't end there. Another person came and examined my x-rays and my teeth. They took the time to show me everything before the Dentist even saw me. Then the Dentist came in and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me the recommendations and sent me off to the Dental Hygienist who cleaned my teeth. They even put a numbing cream on my gums to make it less invasive. My experience was very positive and I think yours will be too.

I won't go back if my life depended on it. If you apply for a Care Credit card, beware. They bill your card prior to your insurance then don't want to reimburse your card. The service there is horrible. I had 2 of the 4 post fall out after I informed them the day they placed them my face was hurting. They never scheduled me another appointment. All my call to them were recorded and that's the only way I won my case. The lies they told were believed by the insurance Co. as well as the credit card companies until they heard the tapes! They need to be shut down!

It is definitely the best dental place I’ve ever been to every one made me feel comfortable the dentist was great it was the first time I left a dentist with a smile. Thanks Aspen for the best experience.

Ive been to a few dentist needing a couple teeth pulled. The other dentist said I needed oral surgery to remove them. The doctors at aspen had no problem removing one of the teeth and did an excellent job! No pain and made sure I was as comfortable as possible! Very friendly staff all around. Thank you so much!

I was greeted @ the door for my appointment. Upon entering I noticed that everyone had on their PPE, even the receptionist. That’s always a plus! The reception then explained to me my procedure of what I was getting done & the cost. The dentist that was doing my procedure explained & reassured me that my procedure would take an hour & that it would not be painful. The dentist was so detailed in stating everything she was doing. Also, very patient & light handed. I would recommend Aspen Dental over any other dentist office.

First. I had not been there in 4 years and they got me in same day. They stated at the front desk that they were short staffed. But I didn’t notice. It was a new patient appt because it had been so long. Right away the office manager greeted me very friendly and checked me in. Got my X-rays done. Sat in lobby for maybe 10 min. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable.

Very unprofessional staff, sub par "dentistry". Don't come here unless you want your teeth ripped out incorrectly

Best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Very personalized care, I highly recommend them. Not like the other "get you in, get you out" offices where you feel like your getting ran through a slaughter house like cattle, so they can empty your wallet!

I love the technology used for the dental scans and oral cancer screening. I've seen how grinding and poor dental alignment can wear away at teeth by comparing the scans from year to year. Dentistry has come a long way since I was a little girl. It's nothing to be afraid of; it's not painful or frightening. The staff is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices on invisalign are reasonable and the process is less invasive than old fashioned braces. My spouse has partials from Aspen. They fit better and aren't as painful or as fussy as our parents' dentures and partials. It's nice to see him smile and have confidence again. It's reassuring during covid-19 to have some sense of normalcy and control; it's also nice to know that it's never too late for fixing lifelong dental problems.

Very nice and friendly staff. Doctor was amazing, he explained everything. They made my visit so easy and I actually enjoyed my visit! My cleaning was painless. Such a good feeling after getting your teeth cleaned. I'm definitely going back. Would rate them above 5 if I could.
