I was literally AMAZED by the staff and service I received on my visit yesterday. The doctor was inviting, funny, thorough, he walked me through my X-rays, he was down to earth and It made me feel super comfy. The Xray tech was efficient in speed and accurate. Personality was friendly. And Meghan the hygentist was the BEST! She got all the buildup off of my teeth very gently. She was engaged in conversation and made me feel at ease. Even the young lady in billing was friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait for my little ones to go to their appts.

I went in with a broken tooth and I thought for sure that it would have to be pulled. They scheduled me for just an exam, and got me in for a needed gum cleaning as well as filled my tooth that same day and I was pain free through the whole ordeal. They are very friendly and they even pulled me aside and showed me how much it would be after insurance before they did anything.
Edit: You send me one bill months later, tell me I don't have to pay it because it was a mistake, then a few months later send me to collections out of no where? I hope there is an explanation for this!

Amazing doctors and staff. I went in and was in terrible pain and immediately they were able to pull my problem tooth and provide relief through their amazing service and attitudes. Financially it was very affordable and I thought it would be over priced. Amazing is all I can say!

Very nice people! But I felt rushed out of there with no real outcome! I went in as emergency because I was in so much pain and I left with a 4K bill and still in a lot of pain!! I could have told myself I needed the tooth removed!! I guess if u work hard and have real insurance it’s hard to get good treatment but if I was a bum on Medicaid I would have got all my work done 🤷♂️ #America

I was a patient here for about a year. The office is generally nice and friendly. You normally have to wait quite awhile to be seen when you show up for your appointment but that normally didnt bother me. Recently I got a new job which has the same hours they do so it was very hard for me to find a day to go in. The time I did go in they wanted me to set up appointments before I left for me to come next time. I normally liked to talk to my boss and figure out a day I can take some time off. Recently I called to reschedule an apt, because they would say "better to have something set and reschedule than nothing at all". When I called to reschedule she said she would try and find a day and call me back. I was never called back so I waited a few days and called them. Once I got someone on the line they told me their office manager has informed them I can no longer come unless it's a walk in and then who knows how long I would have to wait to be seen. I then asked them to fax me my record so I could go to a different office in my own town. They told me that they were aloud to fax anything to me and I had to go in person to get them (1hour away). I did and they gave me everything I asked for. I am still getting calls saying it's time for my annual exam. I'm not going to be coming in wait for my annual exam. They didn't notify me at all that something like this would happen. They said I rescheduled to much, they aren't willing to work with busy schedules. It doesn't even seem like they care I have to start all over with a new office. They completely blind sided me and my family and I will not be going to any Aspen Dental.

I accompanied my husband on his first dental adventure in years. They were very nice, explained everything in detail and reassured him of his concerns. They were also able to pull a wisdom tooth the same day (the reason for the visit). We do not have dental insurance, but would definitely recommend anyway!

Each time I have called to make an appointment, I have been placed on hold for several minutes and then placed on hold again. Each time I have visited for an appointment, I have waited over 20 minutes to be seen. This would not have been a major issue for me. However, at my most recent appointment I was exactly 10 minutes late and was told that I needed to reschedule. My appointment was for a fractured tooth with exposed nerves. Dental work is very expensive and unpleasant to begin with, so to then take time off of work only to be told that I'll need to reschedule, is very disappointing. I very kindly asked for my records and x-rays and will not be returning.
