Don't do it. It's so not worth it. Our long awaited apts were canceled after verbally confirming. Then when the girl he confirmed with got called out on it my fiance got transfered to someone else. Exams were needed for school, I took off work and got a sitter for my other kids who weren't allowed to go in... all for them to cancel. I went here years ago and was upset when I found out this is where he made the kids apts. Well, he learned today. Luckily it wasn't on their teeth! I've had multiple fillings need fixed and had to go back. Eventually went somewhere else to get the job done right. Excited for our new apts at bite size in frankfort. They actually have compassion for the hoops now needed to be jumped thru bc of covid and was able to get us sqeezed in so the school can have their exam form filled out.

I can't find anyone who likes the dentist. But this is one place who's goal is to get it right the first time. I have nothing but great appreciation to the doctors and staff. Professional, yet they still are very caring. They speak to you, not at you. So, you understand their treatment plans. Best dental office I've seen in my 43 years!

Aspen Dental was a great experience. My first contact was with Annika. She has a contagious personality and knows her role well. The staff and owner were awesome. The fillings I had done with Dr. Leah Thomas were painless. Her assistant Krystin was great. Danielle the financial guru eased a lot of strees I had about paying. Thanks Team

I am a first time patient at Aspen Dental and I was very impressed. The dentist and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The really modern equipment that they have was also impressive. They explained everything they were doing and came up with a financial plan for me. I would definitely recommend thiem.

Two stars only because my first two visits were very nice even if it does feel like a fast food version of a dental practice. The last visit I had yesterday was just awful the hygienist was rushed and hurt me during my cleaning. They apologized profusely but I will never return.

Friendly professional staff that are happy to help and answer all your questions. There patients with me was extremely important as I am a dental phobia. Their kind and gentle manner puts you right at ease.

Went in after not seeing a dentist in 6 years and the whole experience was great. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and gave me top notch dental care. I would and will highly recommend this dental facility to everyone.

I did not like my experience. It has been over a year since my cleaning and wanted to establish care and get basic cleaning done. I didn’t want any more services. The hygienist saw me first and said I had really bad gingivitis and told me to get special gingival treatment done. The dentist saw me after and didn’t say any such thing about my gums and told me my teeth were healthy and said my everything looked good considering that I had not had cleaning done in over a year. After this, I saw a financial person to go over the pricing and I would have to pay around $200 for this special gingival treatment. I asked to just get the basic cleaning and they absolutely refused to do it.

Instead of them having me talk to the dentist about the health of my gums and need to get this treatment they had me talk to the hygienist.
This person was extremely rude to me.

Quick side note, I am a physician.

This hygienist said the gingivitis “if left untreatment will cause the bacteria to go into your blood stream and cause infection of the heart.” The manner in which she said it too made it sound like this was a high likehood that this would happen. From my medical knowledege and having been involved in taking care of people who have actually had endocarditis, this is extremely rare in non high risk population. This is why they don’t recommend use of antibiotics for dental procedure unless they are high risk individuals.

I was utterly shocked when she said this. Why would you tell this to a person. Being in the medical field I know how rare this is. However, a non medical person would a terrified to hear this. In this fear they would get this treatment done.

I proceeded to still say this I just want the basic cleaning and they refused. They said they won’t be able to do it unless I got this treatment. I asked if they can just get me the basic treatment now and then re-evaluate in 6 months and she still refused. I felt like she wanted to just make me do this treatment and get money out of me.

I personally think the dentist was awesome and she was straight forward with me.

Aspen dental takes part in Day of Service for our Veterans, which has been a blessing to my husband. Recently I have had to have my 1st procedure ever. The staff and dentist were ever so wonderful and comforting. Answered all my questions and were gentle and quick.
Aspen dental will now take care of our whole family. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, dentists, and hygenists.
