At first I loved this place, went there for multiple things between myself and my husband, they have great financing plans, most of the people there were nice, but always a new face everytime I walked in, always training. However, the prices changed for work done every time I asked without saying I needed "assistance". On one occasion I received a root canal and the dr cut my lip and blamed it on myself, claimed I bit it though it was not possible due to having a block in between my teeth to prevent closing my mouth including biting anything and I also heard whispering during and after the cut as well as pain meds and cover up for my lip thrown at me before I left (you can tell when people "pretend" as if it's not "their fault"). On other occasions I came for simple cleanings and twice got the same hygienist who rushed through my cleaning so I did not feel it was a proper cleaning and it hurt vwry much afterwards and at another most recent (and last attempt at a cleaning) I took time off work to get there and be told I needed gum therapy AFTER they gave me a gum toothpaste to use since the last cleaning, so more $ when all I wanted was a cleaning yet didn't get that that day. Last but not least I had x-rays done which were additional ones so cost me more money and was "told" my wisdom teeth were coming in sideways, that when they came through they would start pushing the teeth in front and cause discomfort and one of them was worse than the others, but after that last attempt of the cleaning I decided to go else where to have the worst one removed due to discomfort and I got to see the x-rays and that said "the worst sideways wisdom tooth" was the one I thought I needed removed first and actually was not the worst, others were. All in all, can't really trust a lot of them and later felt uncomfortable there anymore only being there for not even 3 years and I am talking every 6 months for a cleaning so a handful of times, give or take.

I have had my dentures since 2017. I have. Lose 4 teeth since I got them. 2 within first yearJust got back from vacation. And lost a front tooth. Call today to see if they can fix them. After 10 minutes on hold came back and said since they weren’t cover any more just come in tech would look at them and tell me how much it would cost to fix it again this is the fourth tooth that has fallen out of his dentures in the last 5 years. And they stain so badly. My first dentures I had over 20years never lost a tooth they were start to stain a little. So no I would not recommend aspen dental

Everyone was very nice. But I had a new set dentures, plus I had no insurance, about 2 yrs old. I have had to go back about 5 times, a tooth would fall out. Not the same one. I have had to pay for them to get fixed. Teeth shouldn't fall out of dentures. Not happy.

Everyone was very nice and kind to me. I am afraid of the dentist and haven't gone in a long time and I felt no judgment. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The Staff was professional, friendly, and organized. I was very happy with the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was very sweet and confident. The dentist was friendly and experienced. It would be helpful if someone would go over all the charges on the plan to explain each one, and which products or procedures were optional, and which ones were necessary.

I've been a patient at this location since 2019. Due to Covid, i have not felt comfortable scheduling a cleaning (which they totally understood last year), but I was forced to call yesterday because I have an emergency. It's clearly an infection. I was told that I'd need an exam and xrays since it had been so long since my last visit and the earliest they could schedule me "for that type of appointment would be early October." WHAT?! I reminded her that the pain is unbearable and i can't keep taking a ridiculous amount of ibuprofen just to barely function.
I am diabetic and cannot go a MONTH with this raging infection. Anyone in the medical field should know that. I commented, "so you're ignoring a current patient and forcing me to go to a new dentist?" She responded with " i don't know what to tell you...we're short staffed." This is the absolute WORST patient care ever!!! I feel completely abandoned by this location. I could understand not taking me on as a new patient during these hectic times but I'm an existing patient who's having an EMERGENCY, not to mention I've spent good money there in the past. Never again.

They are the most professional team that I have ever been around.
Dr. Lakomy is the best dentist I have ever had in my life. Megan is the best ever, as well the rest of girls in the office. They roll out the red carpet for you and they are there for you to make you feel at home. They do not judge you at all. Paige is awesome as well she,s my rock love you guys...

At first everything was going smoothly, they proceeded with the X-ray and was told to wait for the dental hygienist for about 20 minutes or we can then later reschedule. I waited out the 20 minutes which ended up amounting to 45 minutes. I understand they’re short staffed but as a working mother and having to take half a day off and on top of that having to wait more than I should have is unacceptable. I am truly disappointed, 20 minutes shouldn’t of turned into 45!

I had a domestic issue that resulted in some of my teeth being knocked back. The office got me in the same day and were very thorough in explaining my options for treatment. Given the situation I was very emotional and EVERYONE in the office was so caring and helpful. The Dr was genuine and the assistants were gentle. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
Thank You for everything, Aspen Dental!
