I had to have a root canal on a front tooth that had a permanent cap on it. I knew it would somewhat painful, which it was. The dentist was excellent, as well as his assistant. They were sensitive and compassionate to what I was going thru. They explained the process every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated. I will get my permanent cap in 2 weeks. They are very thorough and very good at what they do. I would recommend anyone to go there.

🤩😊🦓I want to thank aspen dental in bourbonnais, Il. i was so nervous and having heart trimmers to go but the minute I got into the office they made me very comfortable, made me feel that I never had a bad experience at a dentist before. They are ALL very cheery and are so willing to talk you through everything they do. I would never recommend anyone else. I also want to thank Ms. Tiffany, (dental.tech4) (tiktok & instagram go check her out she sooo cool), for , even though you don't like to hug people, you hugged your #1 fan my grandson Adam and really made his day. You are so sweet and caring and can't wait for you to make my partial for me. If anyone needs mouth work done, its really worth the drive to go to this Aspen.

First time appointment I had to wait for a while before I was seen I got my xrays than followed by hygienist than the dentist . This process was good to let me know about my teeth and treatment procedures that would be needed to keep them and gums healthy.Followed by a deep cleaning which was long overdue. Thank you Aspen the staff was very polite as well 😀

Everyone recommended aspen dental. Finally had insurance and it covers the exam, a routine cleaning and xrays. Normal stuff right? Not so much... very thourough with my initial exam as a new patient...and the dentist was awesome very realistic. Until they told me they could not do anything at all including pull a bad tooth until i got a deep gum cleaning for over $800... i just wanted a routine cleaning...trust me if i could afford the recommended cleaning id get it. But now i wasted my insurance and still need a cleaning and tooth pulled. Also took me 2 months to get in. Now i have to start over. Unless youre rich...do not go here...they wont help you until you get what they want. Fear of infection..ha...im a nurse...i know this drill. Literally. So disappointed...

Worst Place to go for anything. I paid $2500 for their Motto clear aligners. The chemicals they put on my teeth caused a severe chemical burn to my entire mouth gums throat and tongue . It also caused an allergic reaction. I called immediately the next day they issued me a Rx for antibiotics and said call us back in a week. 3 days later my tongue was so swollen I could barely breathe called their office begging them to see me. They brushed me off like I was seeking drugs and said it wouldn’t be seen for another 3 days. I went to Urgent care. Their reaction when they looked at my mouth was in absolute shock and disbelief said their medical procedures were unethical. I am going to file complaints with every organization that I can I do not want anyone else to go thru this terrible pain, and their total disregard for their clients!

Early on in the Pandemic I saw Aspen Dental and was surprised by how well it went. I was treated well and happy with my care. Fast forward to today. Last month I scheduled an appointment for 9am. I received a confirmation email of that booking on June 14th. On July 6, I received another email that stated the same 9am time for the appointment and that they were looking forward to seeing me. TODAY, the day of the appointment, I received an email from them telling me they are looking forward to seeing me at 9:30 am. People have jobs/schedules/other appointments, etc. I didn't appreciate how they handled this, and when I brought the issue up to the receptionist as well as on the phone later, they simply didn't care. No explanation was offered, and she didn't even bother apologizing. I wouldn't waste your time here, or they'll feel free to waste yours.
